We were unfamiliar with the Ioniq and besides showing us this model she explained a lot of features and later during test drive answered all questions in detail. A possible buy or lease was discussed and we said we would review some info and call next day. Research gave us some more questions and we called Ms answered most and said she would check on balance and get back. She did so quickly and we decided to lease.
