Worst dealership I've come across in 30 years. I will never go back to this dealership, and highly recommend potential buyers look elsewhere. First car was damaged by the dealership and needed a new bumper. I was not informed of the damage until immediately after the paperwork was complete. I suspect the salesperson, Alexia, was made aware of the damage but waited to inform me. Alexia told me to come back the next day at noon to speak with Jordan. He was 35 minutes late and made nonsensical arguments. The general sales manager, Rick, was very polite and agreed to replace the car. Dealership screwed up the paperwork on the second vehicle and didn't register it on time. I was unable to legally drive my new car for 6 days, and I haven't received a copy of the registration yet. It took many calls, a formal complaint with Hyundai Consumer Affairs, a complaint filed with the Attorney General's Office, and threat of arbitration to get my vehicle registered. Stephen was the only helpful person who actually followed up. Ryan was dishonest, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Rick didn't return either of my voicemails. More
