Kevin checked me in and was completely disinterested in my problem and i would go so far as to say i felt completely ignored. There are better dealerships to do business with. My experience began with calling the dealership to verify that they still had a particular vehicle available before making the roughly 1 hour commute to experience began with calling the dealership to verify that they still had a particular vehicle available before making the roughly 1 hour commute to see it. I was told that they had it and I let them know I was on may way to see it and would be there in about an hour. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, I was told that the "service manager" had taken the vehicle home. I thanked the salesman who gave us the bad news and walked out. While standing outside, he came out to apologize and wanted to make things right. He offers to look over our trade-in and call me the next day with their best possible price and they'll deliver it to us if a deal is struck. Against my better judgement, I decide to give them a second chance and spend the time necessary to evaluate the trade-in. I did not receive a call the next day or any day since then. I still see the vehicle in their inventory, so it's not a matter of them not wanting to contact me to let me know it's been sold. It's simply a matter of them not knowing to maintain a good customer relationship. There are plenty of Hyundai dealerships in NE Ohio within a reasonable drive. My advice to anyone looking for a Hyundai is to avoid Great Lakes. More

Within a half hour, Mark contacted me with a lower price, lower monthly payment and better interest rate. They did not have the color that I really wanted, so instead of finding one, they fit one with more equipment to a price I could afford. When I said I needed to think about it, both Luke and the manager thsnked me for my time and did not pester me like other dealers I went to. I looked aqt other dealerships after i went to great lakes and they were much pushier. all they wanted was howw much Luke would sell the car for anf they would beat it. They were reluctant to just give me their best price. I bought from great lakes because of the experience not just the car. More

I would rate my overall experience 10 out of 10, and would recommend Great Lakes Hyundai to a friend without thinking twice. It wouldn't be an accurate review unless I mentioned the fact that the price was a steal! This was my first lease, so I was a little unsure how affordable it would be to get in the Sonata that I've wanted for quite some time. The dealership worked with me until we settled on a payment plan that worked well for all parties involved. More

My sales person, Joe Cimino, and the used car manager, Rob continue to go above and beyond each time that I visit the dealership. The pricing has always been fair and and finance manager even got me a lower payment when I was competing my paperwork than what I had been quoted by my salesperson. What a nice surprise! Also, I live about 45 minutes away from Great Lakes Hyundai but always try to use their device department whenever I can. Sheldon, their service manager is always able to get me in and out quickly and have even gone as far as letting me borrow car if I need to run errands while I am waiting. i would not consider buying or servicing my next vehicle from any other dealer. We got an amazing deal on our Equus, and, we think, above and beyond overall service. Our questions/concerns are always answered immediately. We have bought many types of "luxury" cars from many different dealers, and I have to say this experience has been the best. Even now when we walk into the dealership, we are treated fantastically-- and we've already bought the car! We would highly recommend this dealership and the great people who work there. More
