Salesperson was especially knowledgeable about car features and options compared to other dealerships I've been to. Coming to a price was quick and I received the best price there. Management and finance worked with me to determine and implement the best finance option for me (0% offer at the time). The only minor complaint would be that I had to wait a little extra time on other customers to finish their financing before I could, but I think that is more evidence that the dealership is very good overall - many people wanted to purchase from there on that particular day because they have the best deals and service, so it was busy. More

Used vehicle broke before first payment. I purchased a used Ford F150 form them and I have not even made a payment yet. The head or block is cracked blowing antifreeze out of the spark plug hole. I was told be the sales person "what do you want us to do?" He have been avoiding me and will not do anything to help. I may have to buy a new motor depending on what ends up being wrong in the head. I did buy AS IS and I understand that, but the fact that I have not even made a payment is ridiculous.
