I wanted to replace my car and so we figured with the trade in that we could help our son out and purchase a car for myself at the same time. We were pleased with our purchase but pretty disappointed that we did not get more for our son's car. We really felt that it was worth more than what the dealership offered. Other than that we were pleased with the customer service and pleased with the car that we purchased. More

My salesmen Mike Hall, was a pleasure to work with he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to close the deal without any high pressure techniques I had no intention on getting a second vehicle only to trade my older one in. My daughter had driven up from Columbus just to that, the numbers were not to my liking so I was on my way out the door. Mike, could see I was getting ready to hit the door. So here come Paul, your magic man. With the two of them working hard and confident this deal was going to happen it did. My daughter went back to Columbus with a brand new car. I will defiantly recommend your dealership to anyone who mentions they are looking for a car. More

My daughter bought at car at Great Lakes Hyundai and she had such a wonderful experience that I thought I would try Great Lakes Hyundai for service on my Honda CRV. The Service Consultant there named Ryan Hancock went out of his way to help me, and has been consistently helpful ever since. He is very professional, respectful and truly inspires confidence in that dealership. Everyone I have talked to there is friendly and obviously enjoys working there. bait and switch when I first started working with Great Lakes Hyundai it was a very good experience ask her to give me a quote on a vehicle they came back very compe when I first started working with Great Lakes Hyundai it was a very good experience ask her to give me a quote on a vehicle they came back very competitive so the next day I showed up to the dealership excited to be able to purchase my brand new car. some sales associate that I was working with immediately they tried to push me into a more expensive optionat first I thought she must be confusing me with somebody else she's working with I reminded her what vehicle we discussed she then told me she did not have the vehicle that she quoted in that it was never actually on her lot even though she told me it was. I was then informed the price that I was quoted would not be honored even if they could locate the vehicle I was looking for needless to say I felt a little uncomfortable I politely asked if they could find a vehicle I was looking for and give me an accurate quote I then tried to leave. apparently trying to leave their dealership will cause some of their employees to spew profanities I would recommend next time you try to do that wait until I'm farther away than 10 feet to do it and don't yell it out loud or at least wait until I'm out the door the bottom line is I left without the car I wanted. I did call one of Great Lakes competitors told them who I was working with and what happened this competitor offered to beat the quote that Great Lakes refuse to honor. so I guess you can say it's all going to work out in the end More
