Always go local! We purchased our second Hyundai in 2 years. We were offered a good deal and decided to upgrade our 2013 Sonata to a 2015. Our salesman, Tom Woodley, treated us with respect and friendliness. He worked very hard to find us the car we wanted. We took delivery on a beautiful Venetian Red Sonata Limited. I know that the car will be well maintained by GLH's fine service department. The only glitch in my experience with this dealership was a previous offer where I dealt with a salesman not from this dealership. I simply wanted to turn in the flyer which promised a prize if I matched 3 numbers. I'll admit I "fell for" the offer which turned out to be a $5.00 Walmart gift card. The young salesman was rude and had a bad attitude when I reiterated I was NOT buying a car that day. I am glad it was not my first experience with Great Lakes Hyundai. If it had been, I would not have come back. More
