Although trying to manage split time between myself and another customer, Keith always kept my wait time to a minimum. The vehicle I was in search of wasn't available at the time of my initial visit, but Keith did follow up with a call letting me know that my vehicle finally came in. Upon my arrival and a few hours later (car had to be prepped), we had a deal in place and I was eventually on my way. Keith did assist in helping set up my phone contacts, safety and security procedures on my car prior to leaving. Hats off to Keith, a true professional! More
