Easily the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Marivic was my sales person and forget the shady car dealers sales tactics, I was told numerous lies. Like bold lies. Why lie??? I was happy with the Marivic was my sales person and forget the shady car dealers sales tactics, I was told numerous lies. Like bold lies. Why lie??? I was happy with the vehicle already, I wanted it, just sell it to me. We stumbled through the buying process and I was happy with the vehicle so my attitude was whatever, all is well that ends well. 2 weeks into driving my new vehicle I started getting messages from Marivic claiming that I never paid my deposit and they were going to repo my new car. I found my deposit receipt and it had someone else’s name on it. I wasn’t going to deal with Marivic about this, whether it was an honest mistake or she was scamming me, I wanted to talk with a manager about it. It took me 9 days of leaving messages for managers Devon and Charlie before I finally got one of them on the phone. When I was finally able to explain my concerns they weren’t of any concern to them. It’s over now and I’m happy with my vehicle but very disappointed with my buying experience. More

Put a deposit on a used car at this dealership and they agreed to fix a shake and the AC system. Upon arrival I drive the car and the shake was gone but ac didn't seem to be blowing very cold(it was only agreed to fix a shake and the AC system. The sales manager sat in car for several minutes waiting for it to get cold and said it worked as far as he was concerned. I said it felt the same when you turned it off as when it was on. I said fine if you are saying it is working I'll take it but I want a 30 day/500 mile guarantee on the AC. They refused to stand behind the repair(all they did was fill refrigerant) and said I can take it as is or not buy car. I decided not to buy car as if they wouldn't even stand by their repair for 30 days I didn't want to buy a car from them. The only reason I didn't give them 1 star is because the salesman Ahmed had been very friendly. I would avoid this dealer for used cars. It was a 60 mile 1 way drive to them and total waste of my time. They told me they had 4 people that wanted car so they'd sell it to them. Not the type of place I want to do business with. More
