We purchased the 100,000 Mile extended warranty after talking with Justin about its benefits. They were so busy but made us feel like we were the #1 priority. One of the things that stood out immediately, is that they didn't try to hide available rebates, but in fact, worked very hard to ensure we received every benefit available. They answered my questions, (which were many), and responded very quickly to texts and emails. We do not live in the same city, so a lot of our communication was electronic. Issues that popped up (as they nearly always do with a car purchase), were handled with patience and care.
