Catastrophic Experience It is truly hard to believe what happened to my BMW at the hands of Grayson dealership during the “first year service" last month. As one employee bac It is truly hard to believe what happened to my BMW at the hands of Grayson dealership during the “first year service" last month. As one employee backed my car into the hall to return it to me, the other employee hit the switch that lowered the garage door, walked away and let it crash on top of my beautiful, still unblemished car, right in front of my eyes and ears! There was no sensor that stopped this huge commercial garage door from slamming onto the roof of my vehicle! Their reaction: “Oh, we will fix it!” I did not want a “fixed" car! But guess what, they were going to make a shameless profit on a trade in for a new vehicle! A predatory offer I could not possibly consider, given they had damaged my car. And not only that, Frank Scialdone, the general manager had the gull to send me a threatening e-mail that asked for the return of their service vehicle before the end of the next day (a working day for me, and I happen to live 100 miles away) or he would start charging me a fee for it! All of a sudden he got in a hurry after ignoring my messages for an entire week! I insisted they bring back my car and guess what? They did not even have the courtesy to wipe off the dirt they left behind during the repair process. So much for the phony words of the general manager: “I will restore your confidence in our dealership!" Not so much! Certainly not what you expect from a luxury brand! Apologies ring hollow, if actions do not back them up! More

I was lied to about what was wrong with my car. and the service man whose name is Will was very high. everything he wanted to do was over $500 for each service. just to turn a little light off which includes replacing a sensor on the back wheel. he wanted to charge me $560 plus tax. the prices he gave me was pathetic. I will never use this dealership again ever. and as soon as i can i will sell this car and buy a different brand. this is horrible. More

Horrible customer service! We leased a 5 series BMW in the past and now we lease an X4. I've been dealing with this dealership for the last 4 years. In general, I have experienced the worst customer service ever. Especially the service department is a nightmare...I had so much issues with the X4 and they were not able to address efficiently any of these issues. They kept the car in the garage and eventually did absolutely nothing. The staff are in general rude and don't have the ability to LISTEN to the issues that you have with your car. We start thinking to consider that it might be worthwhile to drive all the way to Chattanooga for service rather than dealing with Grayson. It's very disappointing that BMW is represented by this dealership... More
