On the morning of 8/22 I took my car into service and get the pcv valve recall and was told that they had my recall scheduled but no oil change. The Service Advisor then asked me what year my car was and I t the pcv valve recall and was told that they had my recall scheduled but no oil change. The Service Advisor then asked me what year my car was and I told him it was a 2006. He explained that was the issue because apparently they have a policy that they don’t service vehicles older then 2013!? While I waited I called BMW of Nashville and asked if they had such a policy. They informed me that they didn’t and would be happy to provide me a oil change. They found it very odd that they refused me service because I had a older car. I find it completely ridiculous that a local BMW dealership would not service their own vehicle but a BMW dealership 4 hours away would. At the conclusion of my recall I was informed that my car had a severe gas leak that was not safe on my BMW. When I brought it in there was no noticeable gas leak so that concerned me. The advisor Josh told me to take it somewhere else to get fixed and told me to have a good day. I was in shock that they told me that my vehicle had a bad gas leak and was unsafe to drive, but still insisted I take it somewhere else to get fixed!! I was at a BMW service center that could have addressed this issue but instead told me to go somewhere else with it, with no concern for my safety or the safety of others. I left Grayson and took my car to the a gas station because it was almost out of gas. When I filled it up the gas was leaking extremely bad out from under the car. Which was not that way in the days previous. I contacted the Service Manager Dan and told him my concerns and how I was treated. He told me he was not aware of the situation and would address it with his team in a training session. He told me that they should have brought to him to make a decision on how to proceed. At no point did he attempt to help with the issue or address my concerns of my safety. More

Very lousy service team. Although the IVR instructs customers for leaving voicemail with the details and contact number, the service department at the dealership will never call you back. I was on vacation in Smokey Mountain, 1000 miles away from home when I had an issue with one of the tires on my brand new BMW. All the tires were covered under OEM warranty from manufacturer, BMW dealership did not honor the warranty. As a customer, I had to spend 1.5 days to resolve issue, that too finally through a local tire store. BMW customer care/call-center was sympathetic towards the situation, but they told me that they were helpless as the dealer is an independently run entity and they have decided not to help the customer in this case. Although the warranty claim process is simple as explained by the OEM tire manufacturer, Grayson BMW was not even ready to attend and check if they can follow the process. Only person who tried to help me while I spent three hours at the dealership was Matt, service advisor. He tried to be accommodating and even called a temporary rental car while the issue can be fixed. More
Total disrespect for our time. Brought our car in for just an oil change. Appointment was for 10 AM. James greeted us and said it would take about 45-minutes. We decided to leave the car with them and go for breakfast. Since we were leaving the car, James told us to fill out a service sheet and that Chris would call us if there were any questions. We left and returned at just before noon. The car was sitting in a different spot in the service writer area with the driver's door open. We went to Chris, introduced ourselves and said we were there to pick up the car. Chris said the car was just going in then for the oil change. I expressed my surprise and displeasure. Keep in mind this was 2-hours later. I asked to see the general manager and when I found Frank I presented the situation to him. He went to see Chris to get an explanation. When Frank can back he said they were 2-techs short and that he was sorry about that. When the car was finally completed I asked Chris to provide an explanation. According to Chris it basically boiled down to poor communication between him and James. We finally left Grayson at just before 1 PM. More
I bought a preowned 328i convertible from Grayson BMW. It has been a thorn in my side from the 1st day I drove it home. I should have returned it that day. Catastrophic Experience It is truly hard to believe what happened to my BMW at the hands of Grayson dealership during the “first year service" last month. As one employee bac It is truly hard to believe what happened to my BMW at the hands of Grayson dealership during the “first year service" last month. As one employee backed my car into the hall to return it to me, the other employee hit the switch that lowered the garage door, walked away and let it crash on top of my beautiful, still unblemished car, right in front of my eyes and ears! There was no sensor that stopped this huge commercial garage door from slamming onto the roof of my vehicle! Their reaction: “Oh, we will fix it!” I did not want a “fixed" car! But guess what, they were going to make a shameless profit on a trade in for a new vehicle! A predatory offer I could not possibly consider, given they had damaged my car. And not only that, Frank Scialdone, the general manager had the gull to send me a threatening e-mail that asked for the return of their service vehicle before the end of the next day (a working day for me, and I happen to live 100 miles away) or he would start charging me a fee for it! All of a sudden he got in a hurry after ignoring my messages for an entire week! I insisted they bring back my car and guess what? They did not even have the courtesy to wipe off the dirt they left behind during the repair process. So much for the phony words of the general manager: “I will restore your confidence in our dealership!" Not so much! Certainly not what you expect from a luxury brand! Apologies ring hollow, if actions do not back them up! More
