Looking to buy a Mazda. Met with a salesperson who said he was not knowledgeable about Mazda because he mostly sold Hyundai. Short test drive and salesperson could not answer basic questions. Told me the price of the car and said no negotiations. No salesmanship, who trained this guy. I was completely turned off by the attitude and incompetency of the salesperson. There were at least 8 other salespeople standing around watching us, doing nothing. The dealership was empty on a Saturday morning. Are they going to stay in business? I went with my gut and walked away. I looked today at the Epperson Mazda website. The salesperson I dealt with is no longer there. I wonder what their turnover rate is at this dealership? I like to deal with professional organizations. BTW, their lobby was filthy. Response to owner. You have no idea of the facts. I did not grab a salesman. He told me he sold both Hyundai's and Mazda's but was most familiar with Hyundai's. He represented himself as a person who was my assigned salesperson. The salesperson I mentioned was listed on your website. The salesperson is no longer listed on your website. You do not know the salesperson I interacted. You are making false assumptions. I actually wrote to your Mazda Sales manager a much more detailed account of my experience. I never received a reply. You seem very defensive in your reply without know any specific facts. How do you know the salesperson was new. How was I to know he was new. Is it my job as a potential customer to do due diligence on your salespeople. I did not choose the sales person. I think I was in his rotation. Your reply is very offensive. Your sales managers reply was not-existent. Because of your reply, I will now take the time to escalate the matter to Mazda USA and other social media with much more detail and facts to follow. I have names and dates and copies of my correspondence to your Sales Manager. Your response seem desperate. I am a retired business professional who knows the proper channels to make others aware of your attitude and response. Always get your facts right before emotionally responding and personally attacking someone. You have just exposed yourself as being very unprofessional and inept. Your response will also be forwarded to Mazda USA. More
I just purchased a brand new Mazda CX-5 from Simon Duffey and the experience was the best I could have asked for. Simon was very professional, honest, and direct to the point without all the "salesman" nonse and the experience was the best I could have asked for. I was with my wife and 3 year old and Simon made all the accomodations for us to enjoy our car buying experience. We were given a good trade value for our clunker and there were no hidden costs in our purchase price. Walked in there at 5:30 and was out with our brand new car by 7. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car and make sure you speak with Simon there, he was the best! More

We came to Gray Epperson and found this wonderful man name Rick McCarthy, who help us find the car that we purchased in May of 2017 the CX-3. Loved the car, now its a year later, and we decide the car just was not big enough for our family, not Rick fault, mine. So I returned to the dealership, and of course I am asking for the wonderful man that helped me last year. Now I own the CX-5 everything went great. Such a wonderful dealer everyone there is very helpful. Thanks for all they do. More

Rick is very laid back and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. I found the exact vehicle that I wanted and I couldn't be happier with it! Also, Donna in the service department was so friendly and fun when I came in for the oil change on the car that I ended up trading! She kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle until I decided to test-drive and purchase something else. Ha. Tony was great in the finance office, very informative, everything went quickly. It was just an easy process and I appreciate the team at Gray Epperson! More
Routine maintenance Had to go in for my 10,000 mile oil change. Staff was very friendly and very fast service. Mazda 6 Recall I called and got an appointment early on Monday, April 2nd. This fit my schedule. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Donna in the service department. I ex I called and got an appointment early on Monday, April 2nd. This fit my schedule. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Donna in the service department. I explained what I was there for and she showed me to a more comfortable waiting area in the main showroom. I was shown and offered coffee and told the work should not take long. Donna was right, the work did not take long. The service technician also inspected my vehicle for other areas and I was given a copy for my records.
