Worst experience ever! Was told when we scheduled the appointment for the oil change that we wanted any recalls fixed as well and they told us okay however when we got ther Was told when we scheduled the appointment for the oil change that we wanted any recalls fixed as well and they told us okay however when we got there they said they had to order a part after having the appointment scheduled for over 2 weeks! You couldn't watch your vehicle being serviced like most nice dealerships have the window. The service lobby was dirty and the couches were peeling. No Wi-Fi. There are no cars in the "showroom." Since we had to wait an hour we decided to look around at some of the used inventory... On the online inventory they claim that they have a Corvette, Aston Martin, etc. However when we asked the sales guy he said they don't have anything like that! So they lied about their inventory. We were quoted a certain price on the phone however when we went to pay the price increased. The printer wasn't working to print a proper receipt which is irritating since my car is under warranty and I wanted to prove that they had addressed the recalls. The coolant looks low but was not addressed and they didn't bother to wipe the oil off my engine. Any dealership I've taken cars to and spent money to have an oil change at the dealership has always washed and vacuumed my vehicle however not at this dump! This place is a sham! More

Forgot to re-install parts Our 2013 Hyundai Sonata's engine seized up and was towed to Gray Epperson Hyundai. It took 9 weeks to replace the engine, which is understandable. Our 2013 Hyundai Sonata's engine seized up and was towed to Gray Epperson Hyundai. It took 9 weeks to replace the engine, which is understandable. During that time there was no correspondence from the service department to me. I called numerous times trying to get an update. Finally, on a Monday they called, said it was ready and I had 24 hours to get there. I managed to work that out (we are 2 hours from the dealership). Picked up the vehicle, made it home and opened the trunk to load groceries a few days later and notice a trunk full of parts they forgot to re-install to cover the engine back up. Unfortunately, communication is at best "cold" with this service department. We informed them, they didn't apologize, just told us to bring it back in immediately. I paid the extra money locally to have it re-installed. More

Called Hyundai, they scheduled appointment. Got two reminder e-mails for safety recall appointment on 03-12-18 and 03-13-18 at 10:30 03-15-18 for Hyundai from dealership. Showed up at scheduled time, dealership didn't have part. Service guy suggested making another appointment, I said NO, not until the part is in your hand. If can't resolve will go to Long Hyundai. More
