Unorganized service department Called service department to schedule recall for PCB relay kit installation . Could not get though to service dept. Called Hyundai, they scheduled appointment. Got two reminder e-mails for safety recall appointment on 03-12-18 and 03-13-18 at 10:30 03-15-18 for Hyundai from dealership. Showed up at scheduled time, dealership didn't have part. Service guy suggested making another appointment, I said NO, not until the part is in your hand. If can't resolve will go to Long Hyundai. More
