Took my Prius for service consisting of oil change, tires rotation and general inspection (20,000 miles). Not only the person that handled it was courteous but, in addition, it was fast and did not even cost rotation and general inspection (20,000 miles). 3 years later edit. Do not pay for any warranty offered. You will have to jump through hoops and fight to keep from being charged for any warranty coverage. I was told that my warranty didn't cover labor and they tried to charge me for that. BUYER BEWARE. I still stand beside the sales team being great (obviously they have to be). I hope the owner reads this and changes how things are done I had a very easy no pressure experience while buying a Toyota tundra. I was able to setup everything online and go in to sign the papers. I will definitely be doing business with Gray Daniels again. More

I was quite pleased with my service. Yesterday, around 12 noon my engine light came on. I called the dealership, and Vicky said to come on over and they would fit me in somehow. A couple of hours later she informed me what the problem was and that really needed to be done before traveling out of town. I left the vehicle with them and told them I’d like to get it back before noon the next day. This morning, they called around 9 am informing me the work had been completed and that I could pick the vehicle up. I traveled from Brandon, MS to Dallas, TX with no problems. Thank you Vicky and Gray-Daniels Toyota! More
