Battery died on my 2010 murano 4 days after purchasing. Dealership accused me of leaving dome light on which I'm 100% positive I did not! Robert (sales manager??) however was only nice when he was trying to make a sale. He made no apologies to me when I talked to him the morning after my newly purchased vehicle died and had the audacity to sound irritated with me!! Eventually I did get the new battery without any out of pocket cost but it should have been a no brainer!! Don't appreciate the hassel or Roberts attitude!! More

Rental car policy was not explained very well. We purchased extended warranty. We thought a car was to be waiting on us when we arrived with appointment. However, that was not the case. Apparently, it takes 30 minutes to do so and then drive to Enterprise rental where we may wind up with lower valued car or van. We purchased a new 2012 Sports Maxima. Communication problems are present through phone switch board. Emails not returned or verified they were received. Voice calls are not returned. Very good experience at purchase time. No harm done but we live 70 miles away and we have to plan our trips and time off of work. It's very important for us to have things in order when we schedule an appointment. More
