I have had my new vehicle a bit shy of two weeks now and regret ever going to this dealership. Besides being misled by the salesperson (my mistake in trusting him in the first place) and finding out certain regret ever going to this dealership. Besides being misled by the salesperson (my mistake in trusting him in the first place) and finding out certain things about the vehicle I eventually purchased after the fact (specifically regarding quality, pricing and, in actuality, not receiving the best deal/rate based on my credit), there was a relatively simple problem with an aspect of the vehicle's appearance that took me THREE visits to get resolved. And even now as I type this I'm not confident is has been resolved. I guess I'll know soon. Oh, and I should mention one of those three visits entailed my sitting and waiting nearly an hour in vain for the sales rep (who was assisting me with getting the issue resolved) to return -- he had left the dealership despite the fact that he was supposed to be meeting with me at the scheduled time I arrived! (This was a second sales rep; the first one, my original rep, never bothered replying to the email I sent re: my issue the same weekend I purchased the car; thus, I got connected with the second sales rep when, frustrated, I called to request a manager days later). On the third visit I was given a loaner car to use temporarily while they worked yet again on the issue with my car. I had to actually go out of my way (to a specific designated gas station) to get gas for the loaner car since it was nearly empty. I didn't have to pay for the gas of course, but it would seem since they expected that I would be coming in to drop off my car/pick up a loaner, that this would have been taken care of -- especially given the circumstance (I was going through all of this due to something they had not taken care of initially), all the needless frustrations in attempting to get this resolved, etc. But no, I was expected to go fill the tank too. The non-responses to direct emails (re: both sales reps I've had contact with), lack of responses to emails I submitted using their online forms (which assure that someone will contact you within two business hours -- I have yet to receive a response to either of the two requests I submitted, one being over a week ago), lack of taking care of a simple issue in one visit (or, rather, lack of ensuring that a customer leaves the dealership on the day of purchase without anything wrong with a NEW vehicle), the waiting around (on my end), countless phone calls, and lack of consideration of my time...all of this within less than two weeks of having visited this dealership for the first time! I will most definitely not do business with this dealership ever again and will not be recommending it to friends, family, anyone. More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased in the last two years and the quality of service and out salesman are the reason that I keep returning. When I decide to purchase another vehicle I will go back two years and the quality of service and out salesman are the reason that I keep returning. When I decide to purchase another vehicle I will go back to the same dealership and hopefully the same salesman. I travel almost one hundred miles and pass up multiple dealerships to come back to the same place. Thanks Lamar for all your help, see you in two years. More
I have all the great things to say about my experience at Gray Daniels. I was very very impressed with the service. However; I was not able to recieve this because I am over 6 months from graduation. Yes, I was glad to find out about this to which I never heard of the college program. I would definately wait until July to buy a car from Gray Daniels. However; I am not a rash person. I do not confront people at their mistakes. I would only like to express my feelings. I was taken off guard once the sale rep Kay Watkins (whom I had thought highly of because of her warm welcome) asked of the skin color differences of my sister and I. I thought that this was very inapproprate. I have heard this more than once because I am much darker than my sister who has a very light complextion. However; I had never recieved this from a professional. We were both offened and I thought to myself that I should leave the dealership along with my sister. Although I did not leave the dealership I have had this on my mind very often since that day. It brought up old childhood memories of how my family was looked upon because of our skin color differences. We are indeed a true family. My sibblings and I have the same parents. I just wish that because of an outward apperience that any comments should be made. I do not play the racial card to which I do hate so much. I am not easily offened in any case. However; in the fact that my sister had to hear of the comment because I was the one wishing to buy a car, I find this very inappropriate. I would most diffinately return to do business only for the great service. In any other cases, I do not find the sales rep. I had spoken to an attraction to the dealership's business. More

I was very nervous about buying a new car. Dealerships have intimidated me in the past, which is not hard to do. From the second I walked in the door they were calm and reassuring and NEVER forced me or p have intimidated me in the past, which is not hard to do. I REALLY appreciate the laid back atmosphere and the way they handled me and the purchase of my Nissan Pathfinder, WHICH I LOVE!!
