Bought vehicle Apr 1st. A/c went out on 3rd day. Took to their service dept twice within a week for same problem before finding out a/c had leak. They tried to charge me $18 A/c went out on 3rd day. They tried to charge me $1800 to fix their lemon but I refused and they tried putting it on my extended warranty. After much arguing, they agreed to trade it but it was deceptive because I would have to pay for their pre-existing problem and also they refused to apply our $1000 down payment to a new car. On top of that, They tried to make the new car $800 a month, so we’d be paying for both car notes but only have 1 car. Also our credit scores were 720 and 640 and they gave us 14% interest. I thought I had a great car when I bought my car but turns out I got a lemon. When time to get my car serviced it’s a big headache I been trying to get my car serviced since March 2022 and it’s now Apri turns out I got a lemon. The staff was rude and told me to take my car to another dealership because they are a Nissan dealership and not a dodge dealership. I have been trying for the longest to reach a manager. I came to get an oil change and wasn’t greeted at all. I had to get out car, go inside which is outside the normal I always get my car maintenance done here (also where I purchased car from). I go inside I had to speak first bc I wasn’t greeted by Chelsea nor her collages. I NEVER received a call that my car was ready for pickup. I went the next morning to check on car after not receiving a call nor answer when I called to check. I pickup first thing that morning and have to wait 8-10 minutes to be checked out by Chelsea bc she wasn’t in her work station. I asked her why was I contacted after requested services were finished.. she CLAIM she called but I had no missed calls nor voice mail. After checking out I asked where is car, she pointed ok 1st row outside door. Of course, it wasn’t I had to get him from the nice older gentleman he will the only person there who was nice, polite and helpful. Again, this is where I come get my car maintenance and has never had an experience like this until last Thursday and Friday. More
