The service department was very courteous and polite. My oil change and tire rotation only took 53 min and it was completed. The waiting area greets you with plenty of snacks to purchase. My experience with this dealership was not pleasant from the start. When making the appointment with the AI assistant, she didn’t know what I needed. The woman who called back to “help” me was condescending the start. When making the appointment with the AI assistant, she didn’t know what I needed. The woman who called back to “help” me was condescending and curt. When I arrived, the man tried multiple times to get me to leave my car, despite me telling him I had no one to pick me up. He insisted it could be 3-4 hours before it was done. 1.5 hours later, the recall had been checked and they recommended I replace an entire part instead of just repairing what needed to be fixed. Overall, I felt like they were talking down to me, trying to get rid of me, and trying to cheat me out of money. Not a pleasant experience. More
