Our interaction with Gray-Daniels Nissan Brandon began when we submitted a quote request online on a Thursday evening. The quote provided was a very competitive and after some further discussion we decided to set up a test drive Saturday morning. When my wife and I arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by Garrick and were given a quick tour of the vehicles we were interested in. After becoming more familiar with our needs, Garrick suggested some other vehicles we might be interested and the test driving began. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable during the whole process. After deciding which vehicle we wanted to purchase, we spent some time reviewing our financing options with one of the business managers, Donald Pettitt. Don provided a lot of information in a very concise and digestible format. We really appreciated his patience with us while we made some final decisions on our financing options. I recently visited this dealership and this was my first car purchase. I was skeptical at first, being that I am a female and this was a new experience for me. I had a wonderful sales person. I had a been to Gray daniel's nissan before, and even though I did not make a purchase the first time, Garrick Walker, my sales person, still touched basis with me to see exactly what I wanted and made sure that the vehicle I purchased had the accomodations i was looking for. When I decided that the vehicle I purchased was the one for me, I was very satisfied. My first car purchasing experience was a very good one.
