My husband took my car to Gray-Daniels in Brandon for an oil change, and he was told they couldn't change my oil because he didn't have an appointment. Needless to say, he went elsewhere to have it changed. More

Hello, unfortunately we do not have a complementary washing station at our dealership. And I am so sorry that your front didn't get vacuumed out. We try our best to make sure every vehicle gets the front floorboards vacuumed out. I will make a note and get with our oil change staff to make sure we are not missing any. I do apologize for the vacuuming that wasn't done. If you like, you can ask on your next visit if the vacuuming was done prior to you leaving so we can get it done for it if it's not done.
