If I could give less than 1 star I would Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I am highly disappointed with the service department at this dealership and will never buy a vehicle or have one repaired here again. I am co (1/5) I am highly disappointed with the service department at this dealership and will never buy a vehicle or have one repaired here again. I am completely done with this brand due to poor communication, ineffective diagnostics, and misleading discount policies. The Timeline & Repair Failure: Friday: I scheduled a 10:30 AM appointment for repairs but dropped the vehicle off early at 8:00 AM. The vehicle sat untouched all weekend. Monday: A diagnostic test was finally run late Monday afternoon. While they identified some issues, they missed others. I was told parts would be in and the vehicle would be ready by Tuesday evening. Tuesday: I picked up the vehicle after paying over $4,000 for the initial repair. I was told the technician test-drove it and found no issues. However, within less than a mile of driving away, the exact same issue returned. The Current Issue & Cost: I had to return to the shop for the exact same problem. It turns out another seal for the same part needs to be replaced. I am now being charged an additional $300-plus, including paying the exact same labor cost twice for a failure that should have been caught and resolved during the initial $4,000 repair. False Advertising on Military Discount: The dealership claims to offer a 10% military discount. On a bill exceeding $4,000, a 10% discount should have been over $400. Instead, they only deducted $100.00. Caping a percentage-based discount without disclosing it upfront is completely misleading to service members. Save your time and money. Take your business to a mechanic or dealership that values communication, gets the diagnosis right the first time, and honors their stated discounts. More
