Have a full warranty but of course there are "steps" that Chrysler makes us take before anything can actually be warranted. Nasty people to deal with its as if they make you feel like there doing you a favor when they take your call or have to talk to you in person. Would NOT recommend I should have learned my lesson after the first time I purchased a vehicle with these people. More

Sales lady told me it was, drove up the next day only to find out the car was in S.C.. The owners daughter has it as a demo. She has sense gotten a new demo and they called and told me they would give me a great deal on it as a demo. Went up today to see it only to find out they only wanted to discount it an extra $1000 for being a demo. They have all the jeeps on sale for the holiday and told me they were breaking even on all of them and loosing money on the demo at the extra $1000. How stupid do they think customers are? I talked to two other dealers today that both have new jeeps not a demo at a better price off MSRP than they did on a demo. Do yourself a favor and look at another dealership. Then I made a comment to my son and another sales rep said to me "maybe you should have been smart enough to call and talk to a live sales rep before driving up" I kindly told him I did and the told him he was a jacksss as I walked out the door! They are very rude up there. The couple sitting at the next desk said they weren't happy either they way they were being treated. More

I was looking at a used car. Stopped by Gray I was looking at a used car. Stopped by Gray Chrysler,dodge ,jeep on Rt611 in Stroudsburg PA I was Welcomed by Juan he showed me a brand new dar I was looking at a used car. Stopped by Gray Chrysler,dodge ,jeep on Rt611 in Stroudsburg PA I was Welcomed by Juan he showed me a brand new dart , test drove it and liked it allot even tho the car just came out Juan was very knowledgeable about it. The car I test drove would put me above where I wanted to be with payments. Brian the finance manager Told me they will have a cheaper version soon. We talked numbers got a more then fair offer on my trade . and went on my way to look around a bit more. Came back the same day after felling in love with the car . we did all the paper work and then the longest week of my life started . Car was at the depot about 80 miles away and there was little dealer could do about as Chrysler is using a sub contractor for shipment . I was emailing Juan every day with the same question . I feel sorry for him that he had to put up with me Joseph the general manager was harassing the shipping company to get the car NOW. Finally it came I ask Joseph not to clean the car or put any gas in it. usually dealers don't like that , but he was more then fine with it . Overall that was the best buying experience Ive ever had. Guys that dealt with me are just true professionals . More
