horrible customer service at service center 2 years ago i had bought a 2016 Dodge Joruney. I liked the car at first and so did my wife. But after 12,000 miles i came in with a transmission issue 2 years ago i had bought a 2016 Dodge Joruney. I liked the car at first and so did my wife. But after 12,000 miles i came in with a transmission issue. They said there was no problem and just upgraded the computer and blamed it on different tread tires. Fine i just believed them and went on my way.Then at about 60,000 miles i came in with a transmission problem again. They said it needed a upgrade in the system and i needed new tires. and for a little it was working ok and i even put on new tires. But then my wife then drives on the highway. the engine then stalls and almost gets hit by a truck. It was a horrible experience and my wife was scared to death. But when i went to the service center they didnt care and shown no compassion towards my situation. they ended up blaming us because they claimed sludge in the engine. which is impossible cause i put good syntactic oil so i dont have this problem. So they ended up voiding my warranty. Then when i change my engine i had the same problem, my mechanic dropped the transmission pan and saw that there was metal shreds in the pan.I made it clear to everyone at the service center that theres is something wrong with the transmission. But they ignored those two previous times.it makes me think that maybe the transmission caused the engine to stall. I need help. i know there were recalls in the 2015 engines and ive seen similar report like mines to years of my journey This wrong and my wife is scared to drive. this is wrong More

Very accommodating to commuting customers Went to the dealership looking for a Jeep Patriot. Spoke with Matt in sales, who was very nice and offered for me to take the car I was interested in Went to the dealership looking for a Jeep Patriot. Spoke with Matt in sales, who was very nice and offered for me to take the car I was interested in home so my husband, who works in nj and gets home late, would be able to drive it and check it out at his convenience. I've never written heard of a dealership extending themselves out like that!! Although we ended up going in a different direction, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know! More

They made me feel very comfortable and we worked out the best deal possible. My brother and I went back this morning to pick up the Dodge Journey it was by far the best experience with a dealership. Everything that was told me last night was the exact same thing today. It was no hassle and a quick signing of papers. Ask yourself are you tired of being ripped off and being lied too. Well I was too until I walked into this particular Dodge dealer. These people worked very hard and are very professional. I highly recommend this dealer. More
Lies, lies, lies I went to the dealership in December, I did not purchase the truck I wanted from them after a long commute because we were over 8K apart on pricing, e I went to the dealership in December, I did not purchase the truck I wanted from them after a long commute because we were over 8K apart on pricing, even though the internet sales rep assured me the price would not be an issue. I drove from South Jersey on a Friday night, took over 3 hours to get there. They couldn't even start the new truck, the test drive lasted a minute because it would not accelerate over 15 mph. I was obviously mad about this and gave them my form to at least get my $50 for the test drive, two months later and countless calls I still have not received it. These people lie to you, take no accountability for their lies, do not return phone calls, try to put the blame on me the consumer, the list could go on. More

They told us the estimate on the trade in would be lower than what they estimated back in October (the car probably had only 100 miles more on it in those two months). I waited a week and still hadnot received a firm estimate on the trade in value. We went to another Jeep dealer in the area, got triple the amount for the trade and upgraded to a better model for less money than the base model Gray was offering. And the deal was made in one day. The competitor gave us the estimate in the morning, we came back in the evening to sign the paperwork and left within an hour with a new car. I would never recommend Gray. More
absolutely impossible! awful! I called to ask if a car was in stock.... i had a specific one in mind and didn’t want to drive 50 miles without verifying it’s availability first. After my question, the man who didn’t even introduce himself, replied, “huh”. I replied, “i’d just like to see if a vehicle is in stock” to which he replied, “well we’re about to close soon so”. after i was frustrated and reminded the illiterate associate that i was asking about a vehicle and not a schedule, to which he just hung up on me. So, no, i would never consider this dealership for any automotive services, EVER. More

Have a full warranty but of course there are "steps" that Chrysler makes us take before anything can actually be warranted. Nasty people to deal with its as if they make you feel like there doing you a favor when they take your call or have to talk to you in person. Would NOT recommend I should have learned my lesson after the first time I purchased a vehicle with these people. More

Sales lady told me it was, drove up the next day only to find out the car was in S.C.. The owners daughter has it as a demo. She has sense gotten a new demo and they called and told me they would give me a great deal on it as a demo. Went up today to see it only to find out they only wanted to discount it an extra $1000 for being a demo. They have all the jeeps on sale for the holiday and told me they were breaking even on all of them and loosing money on the demo at the extra $1000. How stupid do they think customers are? I talked to two other dealers today that both have new jeeps not a demo at a better price off MSRP than they did on a demo. Do yourself a favor and look at another dealership. Then I made a comment to my son and another sales rep said to me "maybe you should have been smart enough to call and talk to a live sales rep before driving up" I kindly told him I did and the told him he was a jacksss as I walked out the door! They are very rude up there. The couple sitting at the next desk said they weren't happy either they way they were being treated. More
