Service is Awful and over priced this is why they lost the Cadillac dealership. Don't wast your time. Worse experience!!! High turn over rate of people in show room...Took 7 visits to complete a buyout for a Lease! Do not reply to emails, make appointments then tell you they didn't know about, or the person room...Took 7 visits to complete a buyout for a Lease! Do not reply to emails, make appointments then tell you they didn't know about, or the person you need was not there that day. Took 3 hours to complete the buyout process and that was after we secured a buyout loan on our own and had all the checks. They only needed to complete some paperwork. Stay away take your business elsewhere!!! More

Air Conditioning Brought my 2016 Chrysler 200 in as air conditioner was blowing hot. Told me $134.95 to $350.00 depending on freon used. When they came back 2hrs. late Brought my 2016 Chrysler 200 in as air conditioner was blowing hot. Told me $134.95 to $350.00 depending on freon used. When they came back 2hrs. later they charged me $481.00. I paid it because I had no choice. It worked for 72hrs. then blew hot again. I took it back and they checked it out and said they had to remove the dash to check for electrical issues and could I leave the car. I said I would drop it off on Sunday night. I went to the grocery store and when I went to start my car it was dead. I never had a problem starting my car until they looked at my A/C. I had to even jump it to get it to the shop on Sunday. Now it is a week later and they still have no answers. I need to go to work and must rely on others for rides and my job entails traveling between clients. I asked them for a rental and they have nothing. I have no idea how long they will have my car and I keep getting a run around every time I call. This is the worst service experience I have ever had. More

It is their JOB to assist all customers, no matter the outcome. I spent over 2 hours waiting to speak to “the powers that be,” who much rather relay third-party messages to me while I am standing right outside of their office, than sit with me and have a conversation. (It’s not like they were busy. The business was EMPTY… I wonder why???) I LEFT IMMEDIATELY. I WILL NOT BE TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT BY ANYONE!!! Shame on you LOU (Manager) and REBECCA (Finance Manager). Who do you think you are? YOUR JOB is to consult and assist customers in a professional and dignified manner. Not sit on your high horse and treat people as if they don’t matter. You ignorant, unempathetic, entitled, poor representation of human beings will never prosper and will fall so hard in life that not even GOD himself would be willing to pick you up. Someone is going to give the both of you the biggest taste of your own medicine, that you will wish you were NEVER the ATROCIOUS people that you both display yourselves to be. What these people fail to realize is that respect goes a long way. People have friends, families, colleagues, acquaintances, etc. that they would recommend your business to just on the strength of exceptional customer service. So, this one dissatisfied person walking out of the door has cost you more than you could ever imagine because what you didn’t know is WHO you were dealing with. In this day of social media, business owners really need to take more pride in assuring that their management staff and associates are always being the best representation of themselves and the company. They were unwilling to work with us and when we said we were unhappy with the trade in value, they suggested keeping it. Stay far away from this dealership. There are many other dealers in the area that will treat you better. More
