Went to buy a car here. Price was listed for $32,211 somewhere along the way th ed bbn owner or manager saw the price had a bit of a melt down because it was to low. They lied told us we had to trade i somewhere along the way th ed bbn owner or manager saw the price had a bit of a melt down because it was to low. They lied told us we had to trade in our only car to buy it with the bank we knew we were approved with. We left decided to try another dealer. Bought the same make and car w a lk out same price with the bank the said told them we could do it. Then checking today to compare our new van with the van at gray low and behold it removed from their used car listings the listing has changed on other listing sites to a price of $47,000. The car was a 2018 pacifica that had been little over 5000 miles and was the owners demo. So you tell me would you bring business back to a shady lying dealership? I wouldn't trust a word they say until you see the actual print out from the bank.!!! Run to another dealer! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! More

The wrost experience I ever had I don't even know where to begin..My salesman what great but other than that these guys are the worst..traded in my Dodge Durango rt got a beautiful I don't even know where to begin..My salesman what great but other than that these guys are the worst..traded in my Dodge Durango rt got a beautiful 2011 chevy Tahoe LTz the door filled up with at least 3 gallons of water from rain I called up complained they didn't really help at all so I left and drive down the road to find out they have a dodge dealership so I went in and told them my story they helped me out the best way they can made phone calls and had me speak with the manager Jessie then we finally came to an agreement that they would take back the truck and get me into something different they showed me a beautiful 2015 e400 Mercedes-Benz I fell in love with it and I ending up financing the car got my temporary plates put on drove away with it a month later my temporary plates expire and now I have a unregistered vehicle for a week and nobody can give me a answer on what's going on and where my license plates are so I basically have a car that I can't drive thanks guys worst customer service ever More
