Everyone was professional and they did exactly what they said they would do. We even purchased the car sight unseen, and they delivered the vehicle to us as we live 2.5 hours away. The car was exactly as they described it. I will most definitely use Gravity again and I highly recommend them for their honesty and professional business approach. We had talked to at least 6 other dealers along the way to our decision and no other dealer came close to their attention to detail and communication. More

Best car buying experience EVER!!! I went to a few dealerships prior to visiting Gravity Autos mainly because of the distance from my home, although I already had a gut feeling I would I went to a few dealerships prior to visiting Gravity Autos mainly because of the distance from my home, although I already had a gut feeling I would end up here. The moment I looked at how organized and sleek the website was and when I called to inquire and felt the warmth, I knew I wanted to do business with them. I had been out all day being pressured, bamboozled, and hassled, so by the time I made it to the dealership (around 6:45pm) I was exhausted and I was ready to call it quits. Marcus just happened to be walking inside as I was and immediately greeted me with nothing but courtesy. He was very straightforward and knowledgeable. It was Valentines Day and he stayed with me until 9pm (they close at 9) until everything was finalized and I was driving off the lot with my new car. He went above and beyond. The car was exactly as described if not better. Brian and Mike made me feel right at home. One of the best experiences I have had purchasing anything in my life. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for a new ride. More
