Gravity Autos Sandy Springs responded

This customer knowingly bought the Mercedes E350 coupe from our dealerships with a full disclosure of the True miles unknown (TMU) issue, customer was informed before she drove all the way from Alabama and her bank requested for a copy of the title before they wrote the dealership a check and the bank was fully aware of the situation in order for us to perfect the lien. The customer has signed the condition report from the auction as the odometer forms stating that the miles was unknown the customer has also signed the carfax and autocheck Reports at the dealership before taking delivery of her new vehicle that's why the car was priced so low.. Customer was asking the sales associate if the car had any extended warranty on the car which we informed customer that there is no warranty on the vehicle due to the TMU issue customer has called the Mercedes corporate on her own and they informed her that the car was under warranty, which that info wasn't given by our staff. customer signed numerous forms of as-is as she was fully aware of what she was buying.

The reply is TOTALLY false from Gravity Auto rep...... I have all documents to verify and I have turned the situation over to an attorney for review. I was informed that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES...... should one be sold a vehicle where the odometer has been modified or tampered with. I was given DOCUMENTS that I did sign by the finance manager to acknowledge that the car had a warranty and I ALSO have the copy (smart people ask for copies of EVERYTHING that they sign). You all have stopped receiving my calls and responding to my messages which is perfectly fine. This vehicle was sold to me under FALSE pretenses and JUSTICE will have the final word. BLESSINGS
