My wife & daughter decided to visit one more lot without me; and soon after I got the code word text from my daughter: "hamburgers"! (she's a vegetarian and that was the code word if she fell in love with something because of course, I had already explained to her that she absolutely can't let a dealer know if she fell in love with something.) Anyway, after a few minutes of online research (Instavin and Edmunds) I headed out to meet them on the lot, test drove the car, and met with Jeff Carlisle. What transpired was one of the most laid back car buying experiences I've ever had the pleasure of. Without going into too much detail, I can tell you that I was honest with the sales staff and they were honest with me. We had a meeting of the minds on a fair price within 20 minutes, which surprised me because I was fairly decided on buying a different (lesser) used vehicle from a different lot. There was no pressure, no gimmicks (like going to talk to the sales manager for 45 minutes), and frankly no BS. It was simply a great price and although it was about 10% more that I was going to spend on my kid's first car, it was a deal I couldn't walk away from. And I mean that, it really was. I was in and out in 90 minutes (Admittedly a cash deal and I didn't take delivery on the day I bought it). I'm pretty impressed. A big thank you to Jeff Carlisle and Brian McFarland. Brian is the sales manager that according to my daughter, looks exactly like Hawkeye from the Avengers (actor Jeremy Renner). And yea, he really does sort of. Hopefully both you guys (Jeff and Brian) will be there in 2 1/2 years because that's when my son turns 16 :-). More

Caution the car you buy may endanger your and your familyl I bought a car from Gravity on Roswell Rd the car was a 2004 Mercedes Benz 500 sl with only 87,000 miles. (That is also suspect) i went and was appro I bought a car from Gravity on Roswell Rd the car was a 2004 Mercedes Benz 500 sl with only 87,000 miles. (That is also suspect) i went and was approached by Sam who I understand no longer works there. I was told about as many lies as one person could get into an hour. I was also shown some car fax which it turns out may not have been the same 500sl i was purchasing. It been about 6 months the front right tire blew out on me and caused me to slide off the road into a rail. The damage was not much and i thought i had a blow out which i did. A few months after that the car began to shake and i noticed the right front tire I had replaced had metal showing on the inside of it. I was soon to find out the car had frame damage. You should expect some issues with a used car but you shouldn't have to worry that the issues may cause you or your family injury or even death. I have had zero luck trying to communicate with anyone that may be able to help me.Its not a reputable location based on my experience. I SUGGEST YOU PURCHASE ELSE WHERE More

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! After 9 months of searching for the perfect vehicle I found the ONE..... So I thought. On May 22nd I purchased a Mercedes 2012 E350 coupe through Jona After 9 months of searching for the perfect vehicle I found the ONE..... So I thought. On May 22nd I purchased a Mercedes 2012 E350 coupe through Jonathan Newton sales associate. It had 33150 miles at a GREAT price... With warranty still valid till the END of September. After the purchase I drove the car BACK to my state and took it to Mercedes dealership due to air conditioning not working properly..... I THEN found out through the Mercedes service center that the warranty was VOID due to inaccurate mileage on the vehicle. I was further notified that the odometer had been disconnected. They traced the car back to Florida to note that the car had over 40k miles in 2011. Not only did I find out that the ORIGINAL warranty was void...... I also found out that I was unable to EVER purchase an extended warranty. AT THAT POINT..... I stopped driving the car to keep the mileage as original as possible to the date of purchase. I called BACK to Gravity Auto to speak with the General Manager, the manager explained that he had no idea that the mileage was altered.... I then pointed out to him that it IS a felony.... He asked if he could look further into it and HAS YET to return my calls or accept calls from me... I HAVE spoken to an attorney and seeking legal action. More

No need to look further. The team was patient, kind and helpful. No pressure, low key, professional. Recommend Jeff Carlisle as your go to car guy. Knowledgeable, low key, and walked me right into the car I wanted at a good price while being honest with me. Mike Suyunov, the finance guy was nice, honest, professional and gave me some good deals on warranties. Finally, Brian McFarland, the manager guy, made sure everything went down the way it was supposed to and that I was a satisfied customer. Great experience! 100% Recommendation. More

Called again later to be told he was with customer. Again, no return call. Called next day and no Ryan. Dealt with Darryl and Ryan finally returned call. Came back with a cash price $500 more than their asking price and $1,500 more if I chose to finance. They advertise false pricing!!!! Do not work with this dealership!!! More

He brought the car to the front and allowed me to really sit in the car to figure out if it was what I wanted. The buying process wasn't pushy, he and Mike treated me with respect and explained every detail of the process while getting me a great deal. I left with my dream car completed satisfied with my experience. My mom was with me and she knows that she will be buying her next car from them due to the great experience. More

They set the deal up fast and easy because i explained that i was on leave and needed a car before my departure back to my duty station and they more than met the requirements I appreciate them so much for what they have done for me.
