Upon giving a call, Ryan was very forthcoming with all the information he had on the vehicle. It was presented very well online so we made an appointment for the next day. Traveling from NC we arrived to see that this is a nice dealership, but not exceptionally friendly just walking up. We met with Ryan and was well received. He was a little dicey on the test drive as he said the vehicle was $1,000 more than what was advertised online which was a little misleading. I took it as a salesman's approach to get the most he could for the SUV. In any case we proceeded with negotiations once we parked. They worked with us for the most part, as in to get us into the vehicle that day... but I think there could have been some wiggle room for them to give us a little more than we got. It was fair to say the least and it's one of those things where you can't find a better price and they know it! One of the better experiences at a dealership though. A very clean showroom, nice presentation of the car lot, overall good experience. Just next time Ryan, offer a few more snacks, my wife will appreciate it. More

They allowed us to get it checked out by a 3rd party and the deal was contingent on our satisfaction with that outcome. There were some issues with the vehicle that needed to be fixed, and gravity performed the services we required. Although it took a little longer than we would have like for everything to get finalized, we were pleased that they worked with us to make everything right. More

They advertised the car as a 'key-less entry" and when they handed me the keys, it was only a single key and no FOB. Every time I unlocked the car with the key it would set off the alarm. I called to see if they would get me a 2nd key and they said they gave me all they had. I had to then spend close to $200 to get a 2nd key. Not a huge issue, but definitely misleading and frustrating. Second: I bought the car in November and it took them 3 plus months for them to figure out how to get my tag/title to me. Jasmine, who apparently works in their tag and title office never answers and has never returned any of my voicemails. I tried to get in contact with their GM Brian, but he never once returned my messages or emails as well--you would think a "manager" would at least give you a follow up phone call. The ONLY helpful and competent person was Tanya. I'm not sure which department she works in, but I am thankful for her. It seems like a very unorganized office and I would NOT recommend buying a car here. More

Sam and finance manager JP went the extra mile when it came to getting me the best rate on financing. Also, after driving the car for a couple of weeks, I came across some minor issues that I thought should have been resolved before I purchased the vehicle. I returned to Gravity Autos and met with the New Sales Manager Jared Pratt. He immediately took the time to listen to my concerns and before I left the dealership they were all taken care of. It is not unusual to find problems with a used automobile, however it is a breath of fresh air to find a dealer willing to spend the necessary time and money to correct them. More

Worked with Ryan & the manager Stanley. Called in earlier to check to make sure vehicle was there... Ryan was super helpful and informative...explaining the new tag law and was very transparent about any additional fees we could expect to be added to the final price. We were running super late getting there but not once did Ryan make us feel like we were inconveniencing him. He was great during the test drive and patient as we asked questions and checked out the vehicle. At this point it was past closing but we went it to talk about numbers. Already 2 hours past closing, we called our financing company to get docs emailed over and had such a headache trying to get logged in with them (almost an hour delay with this). Stanley and Ryan were patient and waited while we struggled to get help logging in. FINALLY, 3 hours after closing time we got things finalized and we are so appreciative for them not only staying late and helping us but being SO PATIENT!!! GREAT PEOPLE TO BUY A CAR FROM!!! ASK FOR RYAN & STANLEY!!! More

The salesman, Tim Connelly, went far above and beyond the call of duty to answer questions regarding the sale of my existing car. He did this even after the deal was done and his sale was complete. The managers took the time to make sure that we were being taken care of properly and felt comfortable with our purchase. And Mike, the finance manager, was patient and offered us as much information as possible. The entire experience was outstanding, with no pressure, whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Gravity Autos to everyone I know and would make sure that they ask to work with Tim. What a great guy! Thanks, Tim! More
Worst service in the World! I purchased my 2011 BMW 328I from this dealer about a month ago. In that time i have found the car had a bent rim, bad control arms, alignment issues, I purchased my 2011 BMW 328I from this dealer about a month ago. In that time i have found the car had a bent rim, bad control arms, alignment issues, needed new ignition coils and spark plugs. Only one of these they were happy to help. The bent rim was poorly taken care of and the car still had a serious vibration. They kept my car for almost a week and the day after I noticed a large scuff on the side of my car. I was upset but not out for any blood. I simply asked that the car be repaired to the previous condition. It seemed as if they were willing to fix the damage THEY did to my car. Instead the manager lied to me and apon returning to pick up my vehicle again i find they refuse to do the work. I have been trying to get in contact with the manager for a whole week now and finally was able to speak with him. By now who wouldn't be heated with the poor quality of service they have provided me? instead i am disrespected by the manager who still refuses to repair the damage his employees did to my car. They take very long in service as well have a lack of respect for the not so high price tagged customers. I will never take business to them again and will advise everyone to stay away from this dealer. I have personally had to pay out of pocket 700 dollars for spark plugs and ignition coils they were not willing to fix. an additional 400 will have to come out to paint the side that they damaged as well as 100 for a new alignment and 20 for the correct balance. My wife & daughter decided to visit one more lot without me; and soon after I got the code word text from my daughter: "hamburgers"! (she's a vegetarian and that was the code word if she fell in love with something because of course, I had already explained to her that she absolutely can't let a dealer know if she fell in love with something.) Anyway, after a few minutes of online research (Instavin and Edmunds) I headed out to meet them on the lot, test drove the car, and met with Jeff Carlisle. What transpired was one of the most laid back car buying experiences I've ever had the pleasure of. Without going into too much detail, I can tell you that I was honest with the sales staff and they were honest with me. We had a meeting of the minds on a fair price within 20 minutes, which surprised me because I was fairly decided on buying a different (lesser) used vehicle from a different lot. There was no pressure, no gimmicks (like going to talk to the sales manager for 45 minutes), and frankly no BS. It was simply a great price and although it was about 10% more that I was going to spend on my kid's first car, it was a deal I couldn't walk away from. And I mean that, it really was. I was in and out in 90 minutes (Admittedly a cash deal and I didn't take delivery on the day I bought it). I'm pretty impressed. A big thank you to Jeff Carlisle and Brian McFarland. Brian is the sales manager that according to my daughter, looks exactly like Hawkeye from the Avengers (actor Jeremy Renner). And yea, he really does sort of. Hopefully both you guys (Jeff and Brian) will be there in 2 1/2 years because that's when my son turns 16 :-). More
