Absolutely terrible communication of a lot of lies I was told. we are going to a certain price and they raise the price by $1000 they also said they would cover the shipping but they will only cover $600.It told. we are going to a certain price and they raise the price by $1000 they also said they would cover the shipping but they will only cover $600.It’s been almost a week and I still have not received my car and my car is not shipped out today I’ll probably just cancel this whole transaction and get a refund.This was the worst experience I’ve ever had a car lot in my entire life The finance straight up lied to me and said I needed to get a warranty because my credit was so bad horse that made the vehicle like $5000 or more. Horrible experience all together I definitely would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from them They won’t let you leave a review without clicking at least one star but I would give them a negative 2 More

I've had the worst experience with saleperson Hakim. He send me a price of $53,944 on a 2019 BMWX3 XDrive 301 which I saw on Auto Nation for $34,497 with 42,257 miles. When I ask why, he asked me wher He send me a price of $53,944 on a 2019 BMWX3 XDrive 301 which I saw on Auto Nation for $34,497 with 42,257 miles. When I ask why, he asked me where did I see this price. I wanted to know how he got this amount, he said AL has the highest taxes of 10%. 4% local tax and 7.50 state tax. I told him AL TAXES IS 8%. HE WENT.ON TO SAY 699 dealer fees and $269 tages and title. Then goes on to say there is a finance charge. NEVER ASK ME HOW I WAS INTENDED TO PAY FOR THE VEHICLE BEFORE QUOTING ME THE $53,999 PRICE. NOW HE say there is a finance price and a cash price and wanted to know which one i will be using. HE SAY, OH I CEE THAT THE PRICE HE QUOTED WAS a typo, never admitting his fault. THE PRICE NOW IS $43,944. His excuse was it was his mistake and he's in bed and it's 1:35 AM. He went on to say he don't do SORRY but will have his manager call in the AM. I rec'd a call from TESS explaining she saw the conversation and she has spoken to him and ask him why he QUOTED that price. And she will be my POC, SHE WILL REACH OUT FOR TORY SOMMERS TO CALL AT 11:30AM, which didn't happen. I informed TESS, I WILL BE IN ATL ON 9/17 TO VISIT THE DEALERSHIP ALM IN NEWMAN, GA. SHE ADVISED ME THAT ALM ARE SHARKS, HAVE A HIGH TURNOVER IN SALESPERSINS. IN OTHER WORD BAD MOUTHING THEM. IF I COULD GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP A PIECE OF INFO, GET RID OF HAKIM. I WOULD'T BUY A PENCIL THERE. VERY NEGATIVE VIBES. More
