NO HONOR! HORRIBLE! I am a Combat Disable Veteran and I needed a dependable vehicle. I contacted Gravity Autos and spoke with a salesperson, Josh, whom did an outstanding I am a Combat Disable Veteran and I needed a dependable vehicle. I contacted Gravity Autos and spoke with a salesperson, Josh, whom did an outstanding job of selling the vehicle and met James, financial manger, whom sold me a great warranty, in his words, to me, two months ago. Three weeks after I purchased the vehicle, the radiator and fan stop working. I contacted the warranty company and they denied my claim. I contacted Josh and he referred me to James. James agreed to pay half of the cost and he did, honorably with his word. Two months has passed, now the vehicle is leaking oil. I took the vehicle in for service Monday and the service technician stated "your vehicle has a crankshaft rear oil seal leak". This is a nine hour job to replace it and the cost is 1,277.69, and they recommended that I don't drive this vehicle until repaired. Once again, I contacted the warranty company and again my claim was denied. I contacted James and he stated "that I will get on this right away". I waited around until the service department closed for his return call. I live two hours away from this service department. I had to rent a vehicle to return home. I have been calling James since Monday and he still have not return my call, as of today, Wednesday. I served my country well for 32 years active duty in the military, HONORABLY, and this is the type of service that I am receiving. I wish that I had read all of the previous reviews. I just want my vehicle fixed, because I have several medical appointments, but I see that Gravity Autos does not care! More
I brought my first car and my last car because I heard a noise after signing the deal driving it home! I turned around and let the dealership know! I did not hear it during the test drive which was only ab noise after signing the deal driving it home! I turned around and let the dealership know! I did not hear it during the test drive which was only about 2 miles! I drove about 5 miles before I heard it! I was told it’s the low profile tires! My salesman Rico said it is after the sale and any repairs would out of his pocket but I guess after having a car for 15 minutes it would be alright if I had a major repair! I never had the opportunity to change my mind because I didn’t know there would be a issue driving it home!!! More

I was extremely impressed with the purchase of my 2015 Infiniti Q50 at Gravity Auto Sales in Marietta Ga. Trevor was my salesman and he made the experience the best ever with purchasing a car. He sent the application to my phone and I was Pre approved upon arrival which made the deal go a lot faster and smoother.. This place is very professional and prompt. I didn’t have to spend hours waiting and I was very happy with the purchase of my vehicle. I would give 10 stars if allowed... Take your business elsewhere I purchased a car at Gravity Autos almost a month ago. I wrote this review 3 days after my purchase with Gravity, but removed it hoping that this deal I purchased a car at Gravity Autos almost a month ago. I wrote this review 3 days after my purchase with Gravity, but removed it hoping that this dealership would respond as promised; however weeks later I'm STILL waiting to hear from them... While I love my car, the customer service immediately after the purchase has been HORRIBLE. While signing the paperwork, I was told by the finance guy (James) that a warranty product was required in order to purchase the vehicle; however the paperwork specifically states otherwise. I've called James repeatedly to discuss this and another concern that I had, but James hasn't returned any of my calls. After threatening to leave a negative review here, I received a call from Chris and addressed my concerns with him. Chris stated he'd pull my file and call me the next day; but just like James, I've NOT received a call back. I guess I'm screwed on the warranty item; but I want others to know that this and other warranty products that they push you to get are NOT required. Since the purchase of my vehicle, I've had to replace the starter and the Bluetooth function does NOT work. So anyone looking to purchase here, PLEASE THINK TWICE as this dealership isn't honest and doesn't care about customer service AFTER you've purchased from them. James and Chris don't seem to understand that great customer service both BEFORE and AFTER a sale is important. With me (and most customers), great customer service goes a long way with future purchases and referrals. Seeing that they DON'T care to return calls, respond to inquiries AND are dishonest, I will NOT purchase here again, nor refer anyone else to this dealership.*****Update***** 2 months later and I’m still dealing with this nightmare of a dealership. Dropped in a month ago and spoke with Dave about the warranty items. He promised to make it right and asked that I remove this negative review. I advised I would once my finance company received the reimbursement. They sent the check with insufficient info, therefore it was returned to Gravity. I called to check the status and was told the check was returned the day before and that James was to notify me.. Of course this didn’t happen and I only found out by me contacting them. I contacted my finance company to verify what info was needed, so the check could be resent. After confirming, I sent the info to Dave as requested. He reissued the check, again with missing info and indicated the refund was for GAP (check copy was texted to me). I pointed out the missing info and incorrect description and asked that it be corrected to prevent confusion, seeing that I’d also purchased GAP coverage. Dave became irate. He said the amount was correct so the description didn’t matter. I again explained I didn’t want any confusion with my GAP coverage and asked that it be corrected. Dave then began screaming, telling me I was worrying too much about it and asked me if I’d purchased a vehicle before. That he’s been doing this for 20 years and knows what he’s doing. I was insulted, told him I’ve purchased numerous cars and had NEVER had an experience as this. I asked him why would he list “GAP refund” on the check instead of the 360 warranty coverage, as it should.? This was a legitimate question and instead of him offering to correct it, he stated he’d been trying to “be nice to me, but now I was pushing his buttons “. From there things escalated and I asked if there was someone else I could speak with to resolve. He hung up on me.. I called back and he told me not to call him again, that he didn’t appreciate “the disrespect”. This guy is a rude imbecile.. I will never purchase another vehicle from Gravity and will warn others about how horrible this experience has been. What should have been a simple car buying experience has been the absolute worst in my decades of purchasing cars. RUN from this dealership and take your business elsewhere. More
