Great car buying experience! I was looking for a car for my son so I looked at several BMWs and requested feedback from 6 dealerships. As soon as I pressed the send button Shane called me.,I was shocked. We talked about the car and I told him what I was looking for. The next morning he followed up with a call. I asked my son to call him to see if he was as impressed as I was. My son was amazed at how helpful, friendly and professional he was. We met with Shane and the fantastic customer experience continued. He was helpful, knowledgeable and made our experience well worth the almost 40 mile drive. I never received a call or email from the other dealerships. We look forward to doing business with Shane again in the future! More

The Owner, Nick, prides himself on delivering great service and will even talk with you to see what steps he can take to make the experience enjoyable. The facility is very clean and the other staff is friendly as well. Despite my circumstance, they were speedy and proffesional. It was seamless interaction between them and my financing institution. My salesman Shane & Finance Manager Kash are the BEST! I purchased a vehicle from Shane at Gravity Autos Atlanta in January 2017 and unfortunately It was totaled on my birthday the next month February. In I purchased a vehicle from Shane at Gravity Autos Atlanta in January 2017 and unfortunately It was totaled on my birthday the next month February. In need of another car I looked on their website and couldn't dind anything I liked. I ended up finding a beautiful Lexus Lx 570 at thier "sister location" Atlanta Used Cars Marietta. I put in an application for financing and they could not get me done. Very discouraged, I decided to contact my salesperson Shane at Gravity Autos Atlanta and see if there was anything he could do. He referred me to his Finance Manager "Kash" who financed me on my last purchase. Kash was amazing, he took the the time to listen to my concerns and told me he'd work hard to try and get me approved. The next day I get a call from Shane saying Kash GOT ME APPROVED!! Not only did he get me approved but then they drove me to Atlanta Used Cars Marietta, picked the car up and brought it back to their location!
