While I loved my previous vehicle (2007 BMW X5), the time had come to visit new options as the warranty expired and I wanted a peace of mind. I was overseas in the U.K. on a business trip when I found my new vehicle (2014 BMW X6) online and instantly fell in love. I was sent an auto-reply from the salesperson on duty at the time, Shane Sam. The reviews about Gravity Autos Atlanta were good but the details about my salesperson Shane were amazing. Time and time again, other car buyers talked about his attention to detail and his sincerity. He reached out to me via my online inquiry and followed up immediately. I was beginning to feel whelmed because it seemed like ever car dealer in Atlanta was reaching out to me. Even on Mother's Day, he confirmed we would meet the following day. I was silently anxious because while I was currently employed, I was previously laid off in 2013 and remained unemployed/underemployed until 2015. I knew my credit would be a challenge but Kash didn't think so. He worked diligently to get a fair appraisal value on my X5 and worked even harder for me to get approved for financing even when my blemished credit history was challenging. I can honestly say it was because of his excellent relationships with the banking institutions that made my deal work. I have no wonder that it would not have been approved anywhere else.
