I had some bad experiences with jim Ellis where they had wasted 3 days of my own time to only tell me that they could not finance me. Which they new day one and 3 days of me blowing up their phone and them throwing me through the run around. Then, I had another dealership try to pull one over on me. I called about a Nissan I saw online. He pulled it up and the tires were bare, rims downgraded, a different grill and it looked like they just reset the codes. Nothing shady like that happened at gravity. Shane Sam was my salesman and he made me feel like family. It was real easy to build rapport with him. When it comes to buying things from people, I don’t want to deal with somebody awkward with zero people skills. That’s why Shane is successful. I never felt overly pressured and I could get a hold of him anytime. I would definitely buy from him again. More

It was like a family reunion instead of buying a car. If you have to stay at an Auto Dealer all day, it should be Gravity Autos Atlanta. I walked into the dealer as a stranger and left with a 2016 Mercede If you have to stay at an Auto Dealer all day, it should be Gravity Autos Atlanta. I walked into the dealer as a stranger and left with a 2016 Mercedes – Benz C-Class and 4 new Big Brothers. The car I bought is worth $49,000 and I got my car for $22,000. This goes to show Gravity Autos Atlanta don’t care about making money they care about the customers and making them happy. I love this place I will never buy another car unless it’s at Gravity Autos Atlanta. The staff is amazing; they treated me like family instead of a customer that walked in off the street. Kash – Finance Manage on my goodness he walked over to me and put his arms around me and said “What can I do to make this happen”. I said this is my number I can’t go higher. 10 min later he had me below my asking price.. Amazing, simply amazing. Camron – Sales Guy is now my little brother. I love this guy to pieces. He took his time with me showed me everything on the lot and get this … He even pulled up the Carfax on every car without me even asking. I told him I was going to look at another car at another dealer he pulled the car fax on that car too.. This guy is Outstanding. He was so sweet keeping asking me what you want to eat. I got you.. I didn’t have the heart to tell him I didn’t eat meat. I love this guy Jamie- Sales Guy, now this is truly my new white brother for now own. He is the 2nd biggest Falcons Fan, I’m the 1st. While Kash was working with the banks to get me the best rate possible we was joking around trading story’s about our Falcons and he even offered to share his lunch with me. The best BBQ I have ever seen. Now what car sale man will do that? I can’t forget about Shame – Sales Guy, my man. He was ready to jump in on my side against his, own boys. He kept whispering in my ear “Let me know if you need me to handle this”. I say no Shane they good. Gravity Autos Atlanta care more about getting you in your dream car than they do making money. Great vehicle and experience I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from the team at Gravity for the first time. This is the third vehicle I've purchased primarily via int I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from the team at Gravity for the first time. This is the third vehicle I've purchased primarily via internet and it was very smooth. High resolution photos on the website along with carfax made the research easy. I primarily spoke on the phone with Kash, he was always prompt with calls and getting any info I wanted. In addition to the provided carfax I also independently run a report on autocheck.com just to have two sets of documentation. Once I had decided on the car they took a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could get to the dealer on the weekend. They mailed me all my draft purchase documents ahead of time so I could review them and it really made the final pick up very smooth, lowers the pressure and eliminates any idea someone is trying to sneak something by. I flew in to Atlanta in the morning and caught a ride to their location, about 30 minutes from the airport. Car was ready on arrival. Oliver showed me the car, gave me all the time I wanted to check it out and then a test drive. Car was exactly as pictured. If you do your research internet buying is not as risky, make sure you scrutinize the records and service history. I even call service departments listed on reports to inquire about vehicles or any anomalies, they are neutral parties and can usually remember the trouble vehicles. You can get a 90% idea of what to expect via good pictures and a stellar service record. This isn't like the old days where you had to blindly trust a used car dealer, the full history from initial dealer delivery, regular maintenance, to last purchase is out there. If there are no service records and/or shady looking history, DONT BUY IT via internet sales. The vehicle at Gravity was really excellent, even had both key fobs and original vehicle documentation/manuals. The guys at Gravity treated me well from start to finish. I will consider them for our next vehicle purchase. More
