I called talked with Shane and he explained about the availability of the auto, so, I told him I would be in that day or early the next. I had to work out a couple things on the financing and the insurance payoff. I came in he was accommodating, never pushy, being sales for 45yrs it was pleasant to be treated as a prospective customer rather than a payday. He went way above and beyond, even let my car not daughter sit in and even star up a couple of her dream cars. She was thrilled. The whole staff that I felt with was very cordial and professional and easy to work with, but Shane was great. You are extremely lucky to have him representing the Gravity Auto brand. An example of this is when I took my corvette to a chevy location due to some minor electrical issues. I could not find my warranty information. He answered my text immediately stating that he would have it sent to me ASAP. He has also helped in other ways and has bent over backwards to ensure that I am happy with my purchase - yes even a year later!
