Igor, George, Kash, and Nick are now a part of my family! I'll start this review with Igor, my salesman...and then struggle with where to begin! LOL Without being too lengthy, I'd just like to say that wit I'll start this review with Igor, my salesman...and then struggle with where to begin! LOL Without being too lengthy, I'd just like to say that without Igor at the helm of this experience, I may not have made a purchase at all, ESPECIALLY not the one I ended up settling on! Igor was very up front, honest, patient and professional throughout the entire purchase process. The vehicle he ended up selling me on was not the one I'd originally showed interest in. In fact, had Igor not listened to my story, explained to me all of the options I had available, and then walking with me every step of the way through my decision process, I'd probably be stuck with another older, high-mileage vehicle paying way more than I should yet I am pleased to say that I went from showing interest in an older luxury model with 40-50000 miles to buying a 2017 with less than 14000! It was almost as if he cared as much about my purchase as I did! LOL!! This is where George, the Finance Manager comes in but before I get to him and the rest of the crew, I'd just like to say "In Igor I trust!!!" George is not the normal finance manager you'd be accustomed to meeting at a dealership. He was very personable (turned out we had a LOT in common which he used to build our relationship) and worked his fingers to the bone to get me the best possible financial situation he could! I literally overheard him on the phone with bank reps going back-and-forth working to get me the absolute best deal possible - and boy did he ever! Shout out to the US Air Force (I too am a veteran) and the "7 Cities/Hampton Roads Virginia area for blessing us here in Atlanta with George!! Kash, the sales manager has to be one of the coolest guys on the planet! It was his task to finalize all of the associated paperwork yet he did so much more than that. He afforded me as much time as needed to thoroughly review each document requiring my signature and then also helped me to see what their vision (Igor, George and Kash) was for me as a customer searching for a new (new to me) vehicle; find me the newest vehicle with the lowest miles and most affordable payment as possible. In fact, this entire experience was approached by them as being all about the fact that I deserved a great vehicle and actually owed it to myself to go big - and they'd help me do it! So I essentially went from being interested in a 2013 xxx on their lot with x amount of miles to getting into a 2017 Jaguar XF R-Sport which was a much more impressive vehicle than I'd ever imagined I'd be able to get into. My advice to ANY potential car buyer in the Atlanta area would be to give these guys a shot. However, if you don't like cool people, honesty, no pressure to buy and a very nice selection of cars to choose from, then you should definitely stay away from Gravity Autos! LMAO I am now a lifetime customer and can't wait to send my family and friends their way!! #Salute More
