After going to another Mitsu dealership and then going to Grava. I'd have to say that Grava was much better. Too much B.S. from the other dealer. At Grava I got the exact car I wanted at a great price. T Grava. I'd have to say that Grava was much better. Too much B.S. from the other dealer. At Grava I got the exact car I wanted at a great price. The dealer offered to beat the other dealership's price quite handily. If you are shopping for a new Mitsu vehicle and you don't go to Grava for a quote, you are doing yourself a disservice. They were willing to go the extra mile to earn my business. More
This place is total nightmare!!! My mother in law and I was there to purchase a new car for my wife, not only the sales person don't know anything, he just flat out lied!!!! 1. He told us the auto dimm was there to purchase a new car for my wife, not only the sales person don't know anything, he just flat out lied!!!! 1. He told us the auto dimming mirror is a standard on the car, but when we pick up the car, it wasn't there!!! it's not only it's not standard, it's not an option at all. we would have choose another car if that was the case, when we contact him back, he say it was a misunderstanding and he never mentioned the mirror was standard. so we contacted the general manager Eric Grava. Even worst, he didn't believe what we told him and told us there is nothing he can do about that. 2. the car was delivered late! the day we sigh the deal he told us the car should be ready mid next week. and he'll call us the day before since the options installation is only hours. called us on Tuesday, and told us everything is there, should be ready tomorrow. i emailed the next day to see if it's done, he say it should be,he'll check. never replied back, and at 4pm, i emailed again, he replied back...it turns out the car hasn't even been touched yet. it'll be ready the next day.. finally friday arrived, driving down to pick up the car, nope the car is not ready. no inspection stick or anything on it. and the mud guard option didn't even fit. and he told us we'll have to bring it back again next week to get the rest of the option installed! so i brought it back next week. he wasn't there another rude sales person was there, didn't even greed me until i ask for michael, he replied "michael run out for something what do you want?" then when i say i was there to drop off the key. and get a loaner car to use for the day. he instead of replying me grap the loaner key pick up the phone start cursing because the phone wasn't working well and give me the key.. and basically just ignored me. with out telling me which car is the loaner car!! so in the end, nothing was solved, filed with BBB, called mitsubishi North america, and nothing, this is what you get for dealing with crappy brand and crappy dealer. so stay away! More
