I had my 2009 Corolla state inspected at another garage. They told me that I needed new brakes and a front axel. I am retired and on a fixed income. I told the garage that I didn't have the money. I went home. I had an appointment at Grappone for a mileage check up, so I called them to see if they could also look at my car for those problems. I also knew that there was a possibility that I could make payments through Grappone's program. I handed them the work order from the other garage so they could check it for me. Not only did Grappone go over the car, they told me that while the work needed to be done, the car would pass inspection. That alone saved me money and gave me time to save up for the work to be done. I will never go to another garage again. Grappone Toyota service is second to none!!! More
