My most recent visit was to fix a recall- car dealer whether for service or when buying a new car. Until I found (quite by accident) Grappone Toyota. My most recent visit was to fix a recall-related issue with my new Toyota. They were friendly, kept to the timeframe promised, gave me free popcorn, a comfortable room to sit in, and even installed vanity plates that I had brought along - at no charge! It sounds strange to hear but my new car buying experience here a few months ago was actually pretty fun! I will ALWAYS come back to Grappone and I recommend them without reservation to all of my friends and family members - whether they ask for a recommendation or not! More
