It was early on a Friday morning when I brought y 2008 Toyota Sienna in for a 60000 mile service. I was immediately greeted by a friendly smile. A man checked me in (I’m terrible with names) and asked if Toyota Sienna in for a 60000 mile service. I was immediately greeted by a friendly smile. A man checked me in (I’m terrible with names) and asked if there was any other issue that they could help with. I said yes that my Bluetooth connection had stopped working and wanted to know if they could figure out why so I could drive with the hands free option again. He wrote down my concerns told me that would add about an hour to my time and charges. He gave me a time of completion and said they would call when it was done. Right on time, actually a few minutes early, he called to let me know my van was ready for pickup. He also described to me the process they used to test the Bluetooth and verified that it was working properly. I still don’t know why it had stopped working for me but when they were done it worked again and has ever since. Check out was easy as the clerk had the paperwork ready. The cost was even less than they had estimated (Bluetooth took less time to investigate). The car was clean (as when it went in) with no paper mats or paper numbers hanging from the mirror (that always annoyed me at other places) which meant I didn’t have to clean out when I got home. So I drove away in my well serviced van with Bluetooth working just after noon. Thank you Grappone. You make servicing my van easy, quick and affordable. More

I feel any concerns I express are addressed appropriately and in a language I can understand. I have not had to return the car for problems that have not been addressed. Of course, I would like it not to cost as much, who doesn't, the quality of service is of major importance to me. I would not hesitate to recommend this Toyota dealership to any of my family and friends. More
