It was awsome Im the proud owner of a 2016 Scion SO my car broke down, I was a little anxious about how much it was going to cost because it was the steering that locked up, its was towed on a Monday SO my car broke down, I was a little anxious about how much it was going to cost because it was the steering that locked up, its was towed on a Monday and Tuesday midmorning the service tech called and gave me the bad news, So after work I came back and meet Taylor she is a sweetie I told her about my car and how I would love to get into a new one, showed her the Scion that I loved , I never thought it was in my reach , I stilled owed two more years on my car, but she worked it out so that I got 0.9 % interest threw Toyota my payment were the same as my old car, boy did I let out a big YAHOO! Just a Normal Service I made an online appointment for our 2011 Rav4, an 80k service and a summer tire change over. It was super convenient to make the online appointment and receive a confirmation via email. My wife dropped the car off early and utilized the free shuttle van ride to her office in Concord. I received a call mid morning informing me of an issue with my rear shocks which was discovered during the 80k service. Leaking shocks which required replacement. Good news is the full cost of the shocks including parts and labor including a 4 wheel alignment would all be covered under our extended warranty, made me smile. I was also informed the rear brakes would need replacing in the coming few thousand miles, I was given an estimate, discussed the possibility of waiting for our next service to have them done, and the cost ramifications with waiting versus doing them now. Since nor difference in cost decided to wait it out. Pretty amazing though, almost 80k miles on the original rear brakes, and almost 70k miles from the original front brakes before they were replaced. As usual the car was ready early, but was told we had until 6:30PM to pick it up. The overall level of service and responsiveness delivered by Grappone was excellent, hence the reason we always return, and why we will remain loyal customers for the years to come. The only negative thing I have to say about Grappone is how much I dislike the haggle free car buying experience. I guess I am old school and feel cheated or deprived by not being able to negotiate such a large dollar purchase. I understand the majority of consumers enjoy being able to buy a car without negotiating, but I am not one of them. Even if we did not buy our next Toyota with Grappone I suspect we would return their for service. More

This is a followup to my review from 3/15/2012. After This is a followup to my review from 3/15/2012. After my debacle on March 15, I met with the Northeast Toyota Rep., Ted, on April 4. After explain This is a followup to my review from 3/15/2012. After my debacle on March 15, I met with the Northeast Toyota Rep., Ted, on April 4. After explaining my situation and driving various vehicles for 4 hours, Ted gave the go-ahead to replace the transmission on my vehicle. Grappone set me up with a brand-new Toyota Highlander loaner, and was extremely accommodating. They replaced the transmission with the non-whiny one that I wanted, and kept me updated on the progress. I got the vehicle back today (April 14), and could not be happier with it. The whining noise from the transmission is completely gone, and the car drives wonderfully. Because of all the hassle that was created with the whole issue, Grappone also made a goodwill gesture and repaired and repainted my rear bumper cover, which was scratched pretty deeply when I bought the vehicle, and also a small rock chip in my hood, all free of charge. The service manager, Scott Hodgson, and the Chief Information Officer of the dealership group, Greg Grappone, could not have been more accommodating to me while my car was being repaired. Let me be clear: I do not believe that Grappone was ever "at fault" for what happened. This was an instance where they were only doing what was protocol, and Toyota Motor America dropped the ball. I have recommended Grappone to two co-workers since the March 15 incident happened, and will continue to do so. Grappone and Toyota Motor America turned what was a really bad situation into a really positive situation, and for that I couldn't be more thankful. Upon getting my car inpsected and serviced last year, the mechanic parked it in the fire lane after he completed whatever he was doing....I was then pulled out into the hallway to be notified that a lady, no mechanic parked it in the fire lane after he completed whatever he was doing....I was then pulled out into the hallway to be notified that a lady, not expecting a car parked in this spot, just backed into my car causing some lovely body damage. Toyota was very unhelpful, unapologetic, and seeming to not find themseleves in any way a part of the blame. Yes the lady hit my car, but what would have happened if he parked my vehicle in a parking spot? Overall it left a seriously bad taste in my mouth. No one wants to go to get an oil change and inspection and leave with body damage. More
Very easy to deal with, clearly communicated what we needed to have checked out, even though my Sienna had some goofy electronic issues. They accidentally charged me for labor that was under warranty, needed to have checked out, even though my Sienna had some goofy electronic issues. We were at the dealer for our 20,000 mile service on our 2008 avalon. The service was prepaid when we bought the car, We were very pleased with the gentleman who took our car in and did the paper work. W 2008 avalon. We had a poblem with the winshield wipers and a service person sat with us for about 10 minutes and explained what our options were untile we made a decision. Overall our experiences with service and a small body work job have been very satisfactory. More
