Probably the biggest joke of all dealerships. They sold me a high priced lemon. And when I called for service they strung me out for over a week. At Grappone, this is abundantly evident as you drive into their covered service valet greeting area. It is reinforced when I was discussing my auto repair goals with the Sean Snow, the service writer. And it was proven when I picked up my car to drive home. Not only were all of my concerns clearly addressed, the charges on my bill were surprisingly low. The associated paperwork clearly explained their findings and if that wasn't enough, Sean discussed the paperwork before I paid the bill. Nice job Grappone! More
Like family State inspection went smoothly, plus they topped off the fluids and checked the alignment, all for free (bought the car there, so free inspections). Don't refuse the upsales or you'll be treated like dirt I brought my car in for an oil consumption recall. It failed so they were gonna do the repair. It took them over a month to get the parts. Two days after dropping my car of my "service advisor" called for a bunch of upsales he wanted to do while he was working on it. I said no thanks. His tone and attitude changed immediately. He said my car would be ready the next week. This was on a friday. I called back the next tuesday and asked if my car was ready. He said "yeah come pick it up". They bring my car back out to me and the exhaust is sooo loud. They had pieces the exhaust system back together with sheet metal screws. It was horrible. I'm going to pay to have someone else fix the exhaust because I'm so scared to bring my car back to the Grappone Toyota dealer. I don't think I'll ever bring my car back for a recal and I always buy toyotas. I'm so afraid to leave my vehicle with the dealer I'd rather take the risk not doing the recalls More
