The quality of service I received from Grappone is expert and precise. Recently brought our Toyota Prius in for three indicator (idiot) lights on the dash. They diagnosed and fixed the issue (ball joint). and precise. Recently brought our Toyota Prius in for three indicator (idiot) lights on the dash. They diagnosed and fixed the issue (ball joint). My only complaint is that there was $170 diagnostic fee on top of the $500+ to fix the problem. I asked if the fee diagnostic fee was applied towards the fix and was told it was not. This is likely the standard in the industry, but it's a steep cost on top of a fix that is already expensive. More
