We actually have 2 closer Toyota dealerships to our home now, but drive the distance to this one because we’ve found David and the service staff friendly, honest, and make it right. We bought a new Toyota in light of all the negative press, because we’ve had Toyota’s for 20 years, and they’ve always been very reliable (we trade them in with 150-190K miles on them, they just last, they hold their value, and we service them at the dealer to ensure the quality stays there). I have never had anything but an average experience at a car dealer whether for service or when buying a new car. Until I found (quite by accident) Grappone Toyota. My most recent visit was to fix a recall- car dealer whether for service or when buying a new car. Until I found (quite by accident) Grappone Toyota. My most recent visit was to fix a recall-related issue with my new Toyota. They were friendly, kept to the timeframe promised, gave me free popcorn, a comfortable room to sit in, and even installed vanity plates that I had brought along - at no charge! It sounds strange to hear but my new car buying experience here a few months ago was actually pretty fun! I will ALWAYS come back to Grappone and I recommend them without reservation to all of my friends and family members - whether they ask for a recommendation or not! More
