Very friendly employees, without being pushy. We were asked numerous times by employees if they could help us. They were busy and our sales employee was helping another customer when we returned to purc asked numerous times by employees if they could help us. I wonder if she should have turned us over to another employee as we did have a few wait times. Showroom was clean and offered coffee or tea. Vending machines available. I always get my service done at Grappone Toyota, and they always go above and beyond the call, even to the point of occasionally picking up my car and leaving a loaner! Who else does that?
