My Grappone experience was terrific, particularly since it took very little time to identify the car I wanted and to come to very good terms on the deal. When we dealt with John he was completely straight forward and honest which is exactly what i wanted. I got the car i wanted at the price i wanted and didn't have to waste a whole day doing so. I had a 2007 Prius, with which I was quite happy, but I wandered into the dealership just to see what they were offering. We've been doing business at Grappone for 30 years, so I looked for Mike Roy, an ex wandered into the dealership just to see what they were offering. We've been doing business at Grappone for 30 years, so I looked for Mike Roy, an excellent, customer-oriented salesman with whom we've been dealing for the past 15 years, and started talking with him. My wife had recently worked with Mike to trade in her 2008 Camry for a new one. After a bit of negotiating, he gave me a lease price I wasn't particularly happy with and wanted to think about, so I left and did some research about used car values, new car prices, options, and lease arrangements, after which I had a pretty good idea what kind of "deal" I'd be happy with. I then called a competing dealership to get their best price. Then, armed with all that information, I went back to visit Mike. Very shortly, he took me to visit with Steve, the sales supervisor (who was very nice), and we began haggling. He was very straightforward about the extent of his flexibility, and he was very receptive to my research. I must say that I feel got an excellent trade in value and subsequent lease arrangement for my Prius III, and I couldn't be happier!! I absolutely love the car! More
Dealership is responsive,fair,and honest. Waiting rooms are clean and inviting. I have had many unprofessional experiences in the past and it was refreshing to have a positive experience. I recently went back to the dealership for my 5,000 mile check-up and to have a bed-liner installed. I again was impressed with the service, quality of work performed and the appreciation expressed by all the employees for my patronage. Grappone also has an efficient e mail system that allowed me to have contact with the appropriate departments that I dealt with. In the future I can make appointments for service via e mail; which is much more convenient than using the telephone. I support Grappone Toyota during these trying times. My Toyota Tundra has been a pleasure to drive and has performed flawlessly for the three months that I have owned it. More

I was not pushed into buying the car - I was given information to assist me in making the decision. Each time I have come in for service I have been pleased with the quality of customer service. I feel any concerns I express are addressed appropriately and in a language I can understand. I have not had to return the car for problems that have not been addressed. Of course, I would like it not to cost as much, who doesn't, the quality of service is of major importance to me. I would not hesitate to recommend this Toyota dealership to any of my family and friends. More
My Prius now has 70,000 miles on it. Have taken it in for service every 5k. Never had any problems left un resloved and they found some minor problems that I was not aware of.
