I've been buying cars from Mel Witham at Grappone Toyota since 1988. It's always a friendly, low key, comfortable atmosphere. The price is definetly right. I found the pricing to be very fair; most people now research cars and pri customers are looking for and can recommend the right car for their needs. I found the pricing to be very fair; most people now research cars and prices on the internet and are well prepared. Being prepared not only saves you time, it is a win-win for both parties. In my dealings with this dealership, I found the salesman empowered to make a deal without having to get 'approval' from a superior. The finance people were also very open and accommodating and answered all questions without trying to hide anything. For my next car, I would certainly go back to this dealership. More
I leased a 2010 Toyota Corolla. I stopped in on Friday and briefly discussed what I wanted with Dan Adams and Ricky Ryan. I was pleased to have them tell me my brakes needed replacement and also that I had an oil leak. I choose to have our car serviced where it was purchased to insure that the technicians are the most up to date with service requirements. The people are always very polite and friendly and eager to please. Prices are comparable to other dealer service centers and coupons are often available to save a few dollars. I was surprised when I purchased windshield wipers as part of regular service visit and was charged for the time it took to install them. On the last service visit the technician didn't latch the hood properly so I had to pull off the highway to latch it which was unsafe and inconvenient. A minor complaint but an avoidable situation. Service hours are convenient and booking an appointment on line is a plus. Will continue with Grappone to care for my car. More

It was early on a Friday morning when I brought y 2008 Toyota Sienna in for a 60000 mile service. I was immediately greeted by a friendly smile. A man checked me in (I’m terrible with names) and asked if Toyota Sienna in for a 60000 mile service. I was immediately greeted by a friendly smile. A man checked me in (I’m terrible with names) and asked if there was any other issue that they could help with. I said yes that my Bluetooth connection had stopped working and wanted to know if they could figure out why so I could drive with the hands free option again. He wrote down my concerns told me that would add about an hour to my time and charges. He gave me a time of completion and said they would call when it was done. Right on time, actually a few minutes early, he called to let me know my van was ready for pickup. He also described to me the process they used to test the Bluetooth and verified that it was working properly. I still don’t know why it had stopped working for me but when they were done it worked again and has ever since. Check out was easy as the clerk had the paperwork ready. The cost was even less than they had estimated (Bluetooth took less time to investigate). The car was clean (as when it went in) with no paper mats or paper numbers hanging from the mirror (that always annoyed me at other places) which meant I didn’t have to clean out when I got home. So I drove away in my well serviced van with Bluetooth working just after noon. Thank you Grappone. You make servicing my van easy, quick and affordable. More
I was extremely impressed with the manner in which Grappone Toyota did business, especially since I recently visited several dealerships. My goal was to trade in a vehicle that was only 2 years old, a Grappone Toyota did business, especially since I recently visited several dealerships. My goal was to trade in a vehicle that was only 2 years old, and I wasn't sure it was possible. I was treated with respect and everyone I dealt with listened to me and responded accordingly. Other dealerships were very much in your face and pushing all the way to try to get me to do something I did not want to do. Grappone took the time to understand my situation, and help to reach my goal. In fact, they truly went above and beyond, in my opinion. I am extremely happy with my new car, the entire experience in my purchase of it, and most definitely will recommend this dealership. When one works with a dealership to purchase a vehicle, they tell people about that experience - good or bad. Grappone gets an A+! More
