I was in the market for a new small SUV, but didn't want to spend too much money for one. I saw on the Toyota national website that they had a good lease special on the Rav4, so I went to Grappone to look to spend too much money for one. I walked in and asked to speak to a salesman, and John was assigned to me. He was very friendly and likeable. He knew what he was talking about in terms of the vehicles on the lot, and was never pushy. I got the feeling that he was looking out for my best interest, not his or the dealership's. When it came time to negotiate a price (on my trade-in, not the lease since it was a special), he was not pushy. He went to his sales manager, who gave him one price. I said I would have to go talk to my wife and sleep on it. The sales manager then gave me a better price on my trade. I told him I still had to talk it over with my wife, and he said that was not a problem and I could come back in a few days later and his offer would still stand. I went back in a few days later and John showed my wife the vehicle, and we closed the sale. He was friendly and professional the entire time. More

We were at the dealer for our 20,000 mile service on our 2008 avalon. The service was prepaid when we bought the car, We were very pleased with the gentleman who took our car in and did the paper work. W 2008 avalon. We had a poblem with the winshield wipers and a service person sat with us for about 10 minutes and explained what our options were untile we made a decision. I went to Grappone Toyota after many weeks of doing research, and recieving competing bids on the Toyota Tundra that I wanted, and all I can say is WOW. I worked with Sam DePerri on getting the deal I wanted, and both he and the managers there worked very hard to get me an awesome price for my new truck (they beat a competing bid) as well as for my trade in. The whole time I was in contact with them, I felt like they were working for me. Their was no HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics unlike other dealers, nor was their any feeling like they were out to scam me. In the end they actually made the whole car buying process a very easy, laid back experience. When it comes time to get my wife a new car I will do my research and go back to Grappone first, and if they work for me as hard as they did this past time I know I will be buying from them. More

Carole was always prompt and friendly and always sought to get us the best deal we could get. The same could be said of the Sales Manager, Mike Jelly. She was knowledgeable, personable, patient, and professional, and when I told her what vehicle and features I wanted, she worked to locate an exact match. This is unlike my experience with a competing dealership, which pretty much dropped me--no further contacts--when I said I didn't like the color of the model they had in stock. Oh, I get it--buy this one or nothing at all. Yikes! Get me to Grappone! Negotiations there were low-key, reasonable, and actually easy, and I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I expected to pay. I also got several puffs from Toyota that sweetened the deal significantly (a couple thousand dollars worth), and the service benefits and extended warranty features that Grappone throws in are also a big plus. This is the second car our family has bought from this dealership; routine service on the first one has been seamless and I expect the same on my new ride, too. I recommend these folks highly--they made buying fun. More
