This dealership is a very professional organization. What you experience first is the friendly greeting you receive from each and every employee you encounter. If you have a question or need help, they don't just send you to someone else, they try to get the answer for you, even if it's not their department. The facility is clean and gleaming, and there seems to be good rapport and support among the employees, which provides a feeling of confidence in the customer because you know you'll be treated well. It's almost like they are friends you haven't seen for a long time. Ashley Morse was our first contact thru internet sales, and she was just wonderful with providing information and trying to help in any way. Our salesman, Dave Randall, was known to us because we were repeat customers, and it was pleasant talking with him, hearing his passion about cars, and his interest in our needs and questions. Josh Glazier (F&I)was awesome! He was the key to our purchase, and we felt comfortable discussing personal financing matters with him because of his expertise and service approach to making a sale; he has a personal approach that inspires confidence in making an auto investment, and was working FOR us, and not an anonmymous corporation. His friendly and personable manner led to sealing the deal, and we'd return to do business with him again anytime. More
Two reasons this dealer was outstanding. First, the dealership had someone available at 8am to answer basic questions like availability of specific inventory. I found that other dealerships did not have sales people until 9am or later. The other reason was that the dealership sent out our new title via UPS overnight. We were so excited to get the new vehicle that we forgot to double check for it when we picked up the new truck. It arrived at our house before we even knew that it was missing. More
Received a 'no haggle' price by email that was below invoice and was indeed the price I paid for the car I wanted. Drove to Bow, NH, checked out the car, and bought it that day. No problems. I went down to test drive a few vehicles and came away with a good deal on a used car, partially due to the end of the month quota they were trying to reach. We had a great experience at Grappon Toyota in Concord NH. The manager and salesman were very helpful and never gave us any pressure to purchase or lease another Toyota Camray. Very easy to deal with, clearly communicated what we needed to have checked out, even though my Sienna had some goofy electronic issues. They accidentally charged me for labor that was under warranty, needed to have checked out, even though my Sienna had some goofy electronic issues. Walked in the door and was asked "who can I help you find". Thought that was pretty cool. Didn't get a rush of sales people in my face. The work was finding the right vehicle with the right options to work within our budget; work she put in to earn the business. There wasn't a silly back and forth, “let me get my manager or what’s it going to take”. They came out of the gate with their best price (that was very competitive). We got a fair price and I assume they got to make a fair profit; that is good business in my mind. Same experience at the end with additional warranty and protection options. It was posed as these are the things that are available to you, here is what they cost, here's the benefits and would you like any of them; no pressure, no games. Loved it. More
I was referred to Grappone by Jena Buckman, after telling her about a bad situation I was in with my leased vehicle. She automatically made me feel very hopeful about getting a new car and assured me that th her about a bad situation I was in with my leased vehicle. She automatically made me feel very hopeful about getting a new car and assured me that they would do everything they could to help me out. I went to Grappone the next day and met with Tom, the sales manager. He was extremely nice and helpful and put me at ease about the situation I was in. Everyone at the dealership was also very kind and the whole atmosphere was awesome...didn't have the typical uncomfortable or high pressure feel that a lot of dealerships do. Tom and the rest of the staff went right to work and started the process of finding me a vehicle that would be fun, reliable and would also work financially. It took a few days and a lot of hard work due to the perdicament I was in but they managed to find me a great car with low mileage and get me financed! This was after I had gone to a few other dealerships with no luck. I enjoy going to Grappone because of the great staff and the fun atmosphere. I have stopped by even after the deal was done just to say hello. Jena, Tom, and the rest of the staff there was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend Grappone to anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle! Thanks so much guys!!! More
