Great car buying experience! I felt obligated to write a review after my second experience buying a car from Grappone Automotive Group. I have purchased a handful of cars from all I felt obligated to write a review after my second experience buying a car from Grappone Automotive Group. I have purchased a handful of cars from all over the country as I served in the U.S. Army. I have recently purchased a new Hyundai Elantra and a Toyota Tacoma in the last year and have left more than satisfied each time. This last experience was a little different as I had my two year old daughter with me witch made juggling a car seat during a test drive and filling out paperwork a little more challenging. I was extremely impressed with the way Grappone handled the entire situation and how accommodating they were throughout the entire process. From providing activities for my daughter to do and helping with the car seat and everything in between Grappone, Mohsen (Moe) Elmasry specifically, made me feel great about my car buying experience. For as long as we are close enough to New Hampshire to buy from Grappone we will be doing so. Again I felt so strongly about my experience I felt obligated to write this review. Moe is the bomb! I haven't purchased a car in over 10 years, but I wasn't looking forward to the price haggling.
